I really wish GMM would stop remaking japanese BLs (which have their own specific humor) and gave EarthMix an original screenplay, even a fun light one would be fine but Ossan's Love is so soooo stupid (and I mean it in a good way) that I don't think this series will turn out to be a good one at the end, especially with 40 minutes episodes. This first episode was already a bit cringey and I'm very sad because EM are one of my favorite pairings and their chemistry deserves to shine more. Hope the next episodes will prove me wrong tho.
omg thank you for this comment! It's exactly how I feel! Also, I may agree with those who think kissing is not…
Yeah I put the quotes because I realized while I was typing that it wasn't the right word π let's say step forward? I agree tho, episode 10 would have been a great moment for their first kiss... βΉοΈ
I agree with you on this one, but its not even the thing that bothered me most tbh. Like when they dont kiss fine,…
It kinda does feel a little like they're dragging the story to "save the best for last" (at least I hope so)... Don't get me wrong, I truly love this show. I'm just a little sad because this dragging is lowering the score a liiiiittle bit for me

I swear I would have been fine even with just one sweet peck somewhere in the last 2-3 episodes, just to show us some "development" withing the couple.. but the fake kisses made me roll my eyes soooo bad, WHO DOES THAT IN REAL LIFEEEEEE
I'm one of those who are disappointed by the lack of kisses in these 11 episodes. The reason is simple: this show is telling us a story about two teenagers falling in love. Tinn and Gun spent more than half the episodes liking each other (and knowing it), getting together and being together. At this point them not kissing makes little to no sense and the storyline doesn't give us a valid enough reason to why they're not. For me personally, I'm just disappointed because Gemini and Forth's chemistry is breathtaking and I wanted the kiss to come when it was more natural for the progression of the story, instead of the last freaking scene of the finale (will there even be one? Not even sure at this point). And before someone asks, I do think kisses are important as an act of love (and complaining could also mean that we won't get back to the freaking rigid-peck or the high-five era because gee, no thanks! Not in 2023 GMM, no way in hell.)
Instant "heart" when I read about the planking because YES, THANK YOU, it's about time someone said it (even tho…
WITH WAS ABSURD considering the chemistry they had in their bed scenes (well at least *I* liked it, don't know about you)π... maybe it's an instruction from the directing team? It's so stupid tho, why put a sex scene in the script and then proceed to keep the actors at a literal arm's length distance from each other (badly directed sex scenes bug me so much, ughhhh)
Somebody pointed out the father-son dynamic between Win&Team and I haven't been able to unsee it....... TEAM, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CLEAN YOUR OWN DAMN MOUTH.
I guess I'm that guy who's not into WinTeam - I like Boun, I like Prem, I just don't like their couple. I think…
Instant "heart" when I read about the planking because YES, THANK YOU, it's about time someone said it (even tho these two are clearly not the first nor the last couple to do it) π I also agree on the fact that the chemistry isn't there, we couldn't notice it in UWMA because their scenes were too short but for me it's pretty obvious at this point... and it's a shame because I feel like Boun would deliver if he was paired with another actor. Or maybe it's just the idiotic screenwriting in both the series they did recently, who knows...
It's not disappointing because it's a sad ending, it's disappointing 'cause it's a stupid ending... He died so stupidly, my gooooood I'm so frustrated with K-BLs these days.
Tell me about it. The first 3 episodes were amazing. I knew it would go downhill, the signs were there. But I…
Sorry but after reading some of your comments I need to ask... are they paying you to defend this series to this extent and to make this big of a fool out of yourself???? This many people complain about Between Us being boring and having close-to-zero development BUT YEAH, the problem is we only want sex scenes. I have to laugh. I beg you to go outside and touch some grass, because the way you're answering to some people WHILE TAKING ABOUT A TV SHOW is really not healthy.
I will never understand why series with a "short" storyline are given 12 episodes to fill up with useless scenes and side characters.. It's painfully boring at this point, I skip almost half episode each time. I'm disappointed because I waited two years to see BounPrem again (and I'm still trying to erase Even Sun from my mind) but this show is so slow that I can't manage to enjoy it.
I'm not really a Mew stan but I kinda agree with them π I know some years have passed but what he did was sh*tty,…
I've actually had a toxic relationship at some point in my life, and I can guarantee that his behaviours after I broke up with him were far from "him talking sh*t about me"... You talk about Mew and Art's "relationship" like you knew them personally, which I'm guessing you don't. Judging Mew as a toxic/obsessive person without knowing a thing about him other than "he talked sh*t about a person" is a serious matter. And I'm not saying he's actually a good guy (like I said, I'm not even a Mew stan) but you have no problem calling him names without having actual proofs other than Art's word and for me that's a little... weird? Other than that, yes, our views are quite opposite but that's okay. I didn't mean to get all serious about it.

No I'm sorry, BL actors always say things like "gender doesn't matter" or "love is love" but that is far from revealing their sexual orientation. I've made up my mind years ago, when the "scandal" happened, and since no more proofs came out since then I'm not going to chance my mind. They both acted like children towards one another, they clearly went over the normal boundaries between two work colleagues for the sake of fanservice and they were both at fault for that, but that crying live Art did crossed the line for me. But what does it have to do with the fact that Art was "only" 21? Is that supposed to be an excuse? I'm sorry but you're not a child at 21, you're an adult.
Hope the next episodes will prove me wrong tho.
