You're joking right? I highly doubt your 6 year oldself will do any better once you're on Sang Un's position,…
You misunderstood. Of course her character should be crying, inwould too! I'm commenting on Nara's acting ability. It's not good and it us highlighted when she cries and tries to speak. Is super cringey
The leads also have 0 chemistry but I will still finish it. The villain is UHmazing and full on crazy, my favorite type of villain! That actor is superb
When she starts crying I start 🤣🤣🤣 Girl, my dramatic 6 year old self can do better. I wish Gong Seung has the lead FL role. I would laugh less but the serotonin is good for my winter blues anyways
At that hotpot(?) scene I got angry at first, I was thinking "ugh, boy, you're letting her off easy again!!!!!." Thinking further, I digress. Ung has been someone that has known so, so much love. I think his innocence and naiveté is part of his appeal. You Soo on the other hand, has known love from her grandmother but her life has been inundated by the trauma poverty brings. That trauma is not easily erased, her tough persona is a response to that. Not wanting to "need" someone is also part of that. I'm so glad he "saved" her from saying those words. I think that's the beauty of that relationship. I had something similar and there's nothing toxic in knowing your upbringing and circumstances will allow you or impede you (without doing the work) from expressing your true emotions. Love this gentle and at times cruel, in the way it reminds you of real life, drama
I'm going to be flayed alive for this but I don't think Nara can carry a lead role with so much airtime just yet. She's always looking like a scared deer in these scenes. All blur together if it wasn't for the other actors
