Dropped on episode 3. Not for me. There's absolutely no chemistry between the leads, she looks much older than 33 (still gorgeous, don't get me wrong but much older than the 33 her character mentions every 5 mins), and the side characters didn't do much for me besides the ML's mom. Is a bummer since I loved him the the cheesy, over the top Meteor Garden and wanted to see more of his works :(

A timeless classic. I think is aging pretty well. A nice mid range bottle of wine

I think I've found a new C drama favorite! Both leads hella gorgeous and the storyline very sweet

The FL does not look 33. They should have made her slightly older. 35 or 36

I really loved the episodes until about 7. The gaming rivalries started to become way too ridiculous. The FL is not the best actress but she's pretty and charming in some moments. The ML I'm liking so far but his act in fron of the FL (of "not liking her") is starting to get annoying. Does it get better or not?

I hear you! I also wanted to watch it due to the VERY high rating compared to most Chinese dramas. I've only watched a handful of C dramas. I'm a newbie but I adored My Little Happiness and want to see more like that. I don't like this one at all. She does come off as a stalker from the very first episode. She was creepy...also, imagine if this was the male lead pulling all these stunts to get close to her? I wouldn't have like it at all. I think I'll drop it then. I was galighting myself because the rating is high and I really, really wanted to like it. One of the leads here is the ML of A love so beautiful and I really want to see more stuff with him.

I watched the Korean version as soon as it finished and I liked it! I've been snubbing C dramas because I thought I wouldn't like this original version but it surpassed all of my expectations and now is my 2nd favorite C drama after "My little happiness." Although I haven't watched enough C dramas to compare it to similar offerings, I must say this is way better than the K version and is almost a perfect rom com! The characters are fleshed out well and I love how the story never veers into the desperate (like the K version, they cut it too short and you don't get enough context unlike this one). Shen Yue is now one of my favorite C actress after Zhou Dongyu and Xing Fei. I can't wait to see her in other things! I highly reccoment this one. It truly kept me hooked for all of the episodes and I never skipped. I loved how the characters grow but maintain contact and a beautiful love with one another. I don't think is just simply about romantic love. Friendship can also have a love so beautiful.

She's great but she needs better judgement in picking her dramas and movies

The ending was not as bad as I thought after reading most of the new comments. Yes, it could be better. Why do K dramas keep failing miserably at ending the stories? That's a problem I've seen ever since I've become obsessed with them. Dramas don't always need to be "realistic." Sometimes we just need a good fairy tale ending because life is already f u ing is in more ways than 1!!! So I'll agree with most of these wise commentors, watch the drama until episode 15 and skip the last 1 min of that 1 and VOILA!!! you just got a perfect ending

I liked most of her character in "Love is sweet" but I wish she were stronger and with more spine to stand up for herself. Does she have any modern dramas with something like I described?
