I remember wang zhoucheng wrote on his letter that if u think about the character of JC then he will never tell…
Yeah. Xuan Lu could not even attend. :( How many actors actually get the chance to give such a memorable goodbye to their characters. It was really emotional.

Oh wow. I did not know about that. I really like wzc, he seems like a very passionate actor and he gave us such a brilliant, unforgettable performance as Jiang Cheng. I remember all the actors cried when they had to say goodbye to their character during the last fanmeet :(
Oh god, yes. I really do pity jiang cheng. He suffered so much throughout his life and did not really have any support system unlike lan wangji who has his whole clan :( both of them lost wei wuxian and they could have bonded over that but there was so much bad blood between them that it was impossible >.<
Yeah I am really thinking about it now T.T A-yuan was the only thing he had left of the man he loved so much T.T And he took that love and used it to nurture and raise a-yuan T.T
I've come across so many people who have this question. I'm genuinely curious, where is this misconception originating…
Yeah, I never look for stories or judge them based on which gender is romancing which. As long as a story manages to move me, that's all that matters. And CQL is a fcking masterpiece.

People think that because it's "BL" then it must be "BL" fans who have rated it so highly and the assumption might be that those people don't care about the quality of the story as long as there's "BL" in it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Up to 32 neither lead knows the other is their love? Or does lan know? Ty
Yeah, after wwx fell off the cliff, it continues from where in left off at the end of episode 2. And because they are cultivators, they tend to age slowly compared to normal humans. Even so, if you compare lan wangji from episode 7 and lan wangji when wwx wakes up in episode 33, he has clearly aged xP And yes! Even if they couldn't explicitly say anything because of the censorship, it pretty clear that they are in love xD

Up till that point, I believe that lan wangji is aware of his feelings for wei wuxian. And wei wuxian, I think, also has feelings for lan wangji but both of them are unaware of how the other feels and even if they know, on some level, of the feelings, they know it's not possible for them to be together. This is my interpretation.

It's really commendable how much love the actors had for their characters. Love knowing their insights! And yeah, I definitely agree that it seems like a secret that jc would take to his grave
