I'm having a DaouOffroad series marathon (finished The Wicked Game first, then Love in Translation), and this is my favorite series of them so far. I love everything about the drama—plot, overall acting, cinematography, OST, life lesson, etc.—and aside from the main couple (they always nail the characters given to them, I love them so much haha), my favorite character is Chu/Ju. The actress who played her character is adorable and she's very good in acting, especially in crying scenes 😁 And special mention to the actress who played Wad/Wat for her versatility in expressions.
Loving it so far! I already have many questions with just five episodes released LOL. The most intriguing for me is Rita Daniela's character ('Rebecca' in the series), I wonder who she really is and why does she seems to appear as the most important person/family member to the Palacios?
I just love this drama overall. I love the trio main characters, the villagers, the village, OST, and just everything about this drama. My favorite character is Saku-sensei, he's so eccentric (in a good way, of course), he kinda reminds me of Gojo Satoru (Jujutsu Kaisen) LOL. I actually originally watched this for Iura Arata after watching Ossan's Love Returns, and his character here was veeeery much different compared to his role in OL, I'm now looking even more forward in watching his other dramas.
Still one of the best Japanese BL series ever. I'm so happy to witness Maki and Haruta's marriage life together with our cutest ossan, Chief Kurosawa lol. Maki and Haruta matured a lot not only as individuals but also as lifetime partners, I love how they now have a healthier approach on dealing with their problems and were always supporting each other. Their co-workers/friends were as lively as ever, one of my favorite in Ossan's Love is the lively characters/cast. Maro and Choko are getting steady with their relationship and I just love it for them, especially for Choko finding another love and a stable relationship after getting divorced with her ex-husband; so thank you, Maro! Haha.
As for Izumi and Kiku, I didn't know I'd love them as I loved the original cast. Izumi and Akito's tragic love story made me cry, they loved each other very much but because of their dangerous job, Akito unfortunately passed away. More importantly, I commend Kiku for being respectful to Izumi for the latter to completely move on from his past lover before confessing.
I just love Ossan's Love that I wrote a long-ass comment LOL.
Such a bittersweet story. The two Fujii Itsuki liked each other without them realizing it (or maybe more on the girl Itsuki's part lol) they were so cute ㅠㅠ Such a beautiful movie...
Edit: Nevemind, the boy Itsuki knew he liked the girl Itsuki. His friend, Akiba, even said when they were talking about him that "He was hopeless in front of girls." LOL
My poor guy Kohji is very unlucky with women around him...especially Hiroko, such a dumbass character, I lost all my respect for her on the last three episodes. She kept accusing Kohji of having an affair but guess what? She slept with her childhood friend, Ken, (that I had high hopes for because he seemed to be a very nice guy but disappointed me big time in the end...) on the night she had a big fight with her boyfriend, Kohji.
Despite my frustrations with the female lead, I still rated it 10/10 because of the well-written story. All the actors played their part well, especially to the actor of Kohji, Toyokawa Etsushi! His portrayal of his role as a deaf person was very convincing, he didn't looked like he was acting, it was like watching a real deaf person trying to communicate his feelings. Now that I'm writing this, I'm feeling sad that I won't be able to see more of Sakaki Kohji LOL, I adore him so much, he deserves the world that the world doesn't deserve him ㅠㅠ
This is one of the best drama I've ever watched. I will treasure this in my heart! ❤️
This movie is so beautiful, I almost cried T_T I just love Hira and Kiyoi so much T_T (I feel like a proud parent or something lol) Please love each other forever, Hira and Kiyoi T_T❤️
I won't ever get tired of their story, like really...!!!!
I've had already finished the manhwa for quite a while now, and it's really really good and sweet! So I'm expecting a lot from this. I'll watch it in one go after all the episodes are released!

What a great first episode! I almost cried for being too much proud for the production team during Voltes V transformation LOL. I can't wait to watch the next episodes!
too many episodes to be a mini series. a mini series should at least be 10 or less.
Oh, for a Philippine drama, I consider it as a "mini-series" because it only had 48 episodes, usually the episodes are more than that, but I get what you're saying. ^^
YELLOW HEARTS FOR MY SOLJAE 💛💛💛
