overall, an interesting script, but there was no chemistry between the main leads and I'm not surprised, because…
I thought they had great chemistry. It was absolutely not the purpose of this drama as it's not a romance drama but I think the chemistry part is very subjective
The drama is interesting but unsettling at the same time. It is so weird that the grandma tries to make his VERY…
let's use the spoiler tag :) In any case, Asians don't take mental health issues so seriously as Westerners. Especially the older generations so they think little things can be the solution. The mom could sleep and dream which she thought was a "magic touch" from the FL and in one of the sessions she heard the FL talk about going to nature to take her energy so based on Eastern cultural beliefs, she sees the FL having positive energy that can balance their negative one atm. Also, she spoke to the FL in private after the drowning in the ocean episode. It doesn't take much for everyday life mothers to really try to insist on setting up their son when they see a good girl (especially if their son is problematic). Seen it happen a lot in real life. She didn't grow up chaebol so it's not in her generational practice to do background checks. She is supernatural, her dream about the FL having the family ring is more than enough reason to follow her around
He's depressed and people with mental health are self-centred without realising. The irony of his life was that the day he shut the hospital room door back finally after all those years (so he was on his way to accepting the reality) and goes back to his wife, he lost her. Dads don't deal with issues well enough to get over with it for their kids like a mother does. A mother's love (usually) is the strongest in the world.
I had been sorta thinking maybe he didn't actually give her the flowers , and that was her beginning to gaslight/deceive…
I actually thought he was being gaslighted too! ahahah I thought she believed her mother or whoever her parent is, and went "yeah you're insane anyways so whatever" Also, very interesting assumption that of future and past being predetermined but I also think there is bit he being too astonished in these 2 occasions to try to do anything to change so far ahaha
My opinion is because she meets the future him not the present one. Therfore he can not be seen in the mirror.
I see what you mean but I think he's so depressed that even not being depressed these days and even feelings of surprise/confusion (her appearing in front of him and randomly challenging his thoughts about his daughter) are happier feelings than his usual status
Watched the first two available episodes.I have now reached the point of saturation with superheros/superpower…
I mean...Flower Knight was 12 episodes and it was perfect. Actually, Moving was ok when there was the kids' storyline but it was GREAT when the parents' story started which is at 7 or 8 I think so hope you get the chance to see it one day if you happen to be bored and start it again
