Have you noticed that their mentor went missing on the Demo day? He did not even show up on the most important…
also, he is a mentor, he is not actually required to be there unless his presence is requested. They signed a multi-million deal in the only 24 hours the mentor was on a sick leave without calling him about it. Really writers?
moreover what lessons are you giving those young girls by making DM choose someone like DS as their life partner? ugh Because I get it now, this was for the teens (not even, it's an insult to the teens), there is no way this was written for mature intelligent sensible rational audience
I keep thinking there will have to be one kdrama one day to break the golden rule about first leads.
I don't remember disliking The king in love and the female character was actually intelligent both in professional life and in emotional life and didn't seem to have make any stupid life decisions. Nono childish they are not. One thing is for sure, both The king in love and the Reply series give you male leads who are actually rational and respect each other and have a very very strong bonding of friendship so the bromance is overwhelming despite loving the same woman: this is why whoever gets the girl you don't feel too bitter, so that's nice. This is also what I was hoping to get in this drama but the bromance here died in like the 3rd episode I think? :(
I guess it will be True beauty right after Start up it will start airing
I was gonna comment that, not sure how that got adopted because many argued that the writing was kinda poor. But I guess we got to give something to the young audience, I just hope it contains more character development in the drama because I love love love the actress I would love to watch it
Do you guys think it will outperform iotnbo in comments?
yes because anger makes people committed and there is no way iotnbo has generated this level of anger. Heck, I think I have never been so angry since TWOTM
I think the rating will take a severe blow if HJP gets an ugly ending. I definitely will rate it lower if he doesn't…
I think they are saying that not as a Jidal shipper but because even in Korea JP became a very loved character so even if he doesn't get the girl, it's unlikely that he will have a bad ending
My concern isn't that Miji won't be endgame. I think they will be. I'm just worried that it will be a bitter sweet…
Nobody should be anyone's plan B, not even JP. I would rather have him live alone for the rest of his life than being DM's plan B. Tbh, I think he should be with someone else if she doesn't realize his worth and that realization I believe will never happen as the writers somehow decided that she shall never know about any of the good deeds JP did or about his past cause apparently she couldn't care less :/

A famous example is Reply 1988, it's an iconic drama really not because of romance sector but because of the whole plot. I wasn't really shocked because I loved the drama so much that I forgot to ship her with any of the boys ahahah but that generated a massive amount of discussion in the drama community back in the days. The other one and this time I was genuinely shocked was with The King In Love with Yuna as the female lead. I have heard from some people that Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter has a twist as well but I haven't watched it yet so I wouldn't know...:) Hope they are somehow useful...If some more come to my mind I'll let you know :)
