This one? Based on the comments of those who read it, seems like the ML ends with the SFL. But apparently the book was supposed to end with episode 6 so it might deviate from the book. I didn't read the book so I don't know. All of this is based on what other people are saying.

Ah damn the ending was so totally worth it. It was actually quite cool, like the ending of a movie with many seasons.

The reason is simple: he makes her feel safe, happy and confident (given the fact that he knows pretty much everything there is to know about her). If I were in her shoes I would also choose the SML. She backed off immediately when she knew that the other girl liked him too. Her life is as complicated as they come, there is no need to make it even more complicated after making wrong decisions in love. She wanted at least one person she could be peaceful with. It was the SML. Now after episode 6, I am literally as frustrated as her too :,(
