AN EPITOME OF TRUE LOVE
The character of Han Ting was what made me watch the drama. It usually revolves around how Han Ting fell in love with Ji Xing during his college days and then finally meets her as colleagues but his love for her never really changed. From the beginning till the end, even if Ji Xing had a boyfriend, Han Ting waited for her, never forced her and slowly and steadily went from being friends to lovers. The transition was truly beautiful. The 40 episodes were not much required and at the end a breakup kind of thing was unnecessary. Nevertheless, if one wants a slow and steady love story then should definitely try it out.Was this review helpful to you?
THE BEST DRAMA OF 2024 SO FAR!
A new insight to South Korea's conglomerate family. I am glad that it didnot have any complexity like other conglomerate family dramas. For the first time, I watched a drama which showed a different side of an so-called illegitimate child. Most of the dramas show them spoiled and so on. But this drama was something different. Acting skills were par excellence. Ahn bo hyun did an amazing job of carrying on the whole drama just by his spectacular acting. The chemistry between Park ji hyun and Ahn bo hyun was something else. It didnot need romance honestly. The last episode made me cry. There is a big plot twist at the end. I hope the same cast will carry on the season 2.Was this review helpful to you?
WORTH IT
I genuinely loved and enjoyed this drama. I was happy that it featured romance less but to me romance was not required here. Thoroughly enjoyed the ups and downs of a complete different genre of a drama. For the first time I saw a kdrama featuring rugby. The actor who played Ju Ga Ram was phenomenal in his acting. The whole plot that how empathetic a coach can be really made me awe. The fact that he understood everything from a student's point of view but still pointed out the right and wrong things is what really a coach is. Would have appreciate it more if the other boys than Yohan got more screentiming becuase their acting was what made me watch all the episodes. A phenomenal drama regarding sports and how a good coach can mentor potential athletes to plsy better.Was this review helpful to you?
