Yeah I get it but we do see lots of Thailand ,Taiwan and Korean and China promotions even with the language barriers. That leads me to believe that Japanese show except for the animes is not popular that much within the international fans community so we don't have many translators who will translate those magazines interviews for us. Understandable.

Personally for me, No! As long as the leads have intense chemistry and show us healthy and non-toxic relationship I will rate 20 out of 10 if it was possible. Though I would like to see a hug or hand holding but it wouldn't effect the rating for me that much.

I didn't say anything about thai man. There is hardly promotional contend of this show and all I see Machida promoting the show way way more than Akaso. I wanted the see the two couple promoting the show ( not fanservice I loathe it) and it's just fun to see them interacting. That's all!

I don't have much idea how Japan do its promotion so kinda new to me lol.

But for Love Me, Love Me Not Akaso did so much promotion compare to this series and Yes as you said Machida is doing so so much promotion for this series the poor guy doing so much alone. I wish to see Akaso also promote the series alot more as well. He is such a cutie. Do you think its the company not letting him promote this series much cuz it is a bl. I am not into fanservices so I am glad Japanese bl series dosen't do fanservice to promote the show. As for the general promotion yes they do. Akaso Eiji did a lot of promotion for his last movie with other cast members but I am wondering why he and Machida not doing same amount of promotion for this series. Cuz it is a bl series?
