I haven't read the original on twitter. Can you give me a link please? The blurb should at least grip the viewers attention because so far the only interesting part is somebody has a heart disease. Nevertheless, even if it really ends up be as generic story I'll still watch it for OhmFluke. Heck, I even watched short commercials for them 😭

PHYOMS was one of my all-time favorite C-drama and while I understand from the comments that this is not a remake of the C-version but is actually a live version of a novel, my expectation was too high. It's actually quite okay (except for some misses which I'll write in my review) if you judge this independently.

I also didn't understand why Rin is already moping over Saran when she's supposed to not yet be in love with him. I'm at Ep6 and I kinda just assumed her and Saran's feelings are developing at the same phase.
