I agree with you. LYQ voice is soothing and for me soulful... How he delivers his action and words bind by the depth of his voice created that particular emotions of someone true to his heart but repress it in accordance to the demand of his situation. The second male character NYZ, I also like him for being witty and he reminds me of Hua Ze Lei (Meteor Garden Original), the white marble eyed prince.

I agree with you. Sometimes we have to see pass the dark clouds. For me, I do understand why he had to marry the older Princess since this era centers more on power. It is most probably to neutralized the attention of the current King. Given that his wife tried to assassinate in their wedding which means her siblings became a traitor to his regime and more than just a threat since the young prince is by right the rightful heir. This is not just about love but also power. The question here is that who among her suitor is giving the greatest sacrifice? That is why I am sad for LYQ. He is trying to manage everything on his own cold in the outside but broken inside. He miss the love of his life.
I do find this tv series interesting in the first and the middle episodes. The female leading is beautiful but I find her at times impressions like of stiff and trying. In all of her suitors, I kind of feel sad for Lu Yun Qi, there is a mystery in his love for her that she is blinded by her hated she may not see nor most probably doesn't understand. In all her suitors, I find Lu Yun Qi as someone who lost the life to live because he lost his love, in his actions and impressions. Anyway, only the writer knows! I hope there will be a kind ending for Lu Yun Qi, maybe happy.
Fiction Guo, talented actor. For me, he is more wonderful handling mystical historical dramas. The YanYan that I first started to see in Go Princess Go, has now grown to be a stunning actor. Of all the drama I have watch as him the main lead this is so far the top of my list. Keep up the good work. I am looking forward for more of his projects.

I find everything in this drama wonderful. Every episode is unforgettable and well written. I also admire the choice of actors for all characters I find it perfectly fit. You will never get bored watching this drama instead you will find it most anticipated. And it is also my first time watching Leon Lai as the main lead. I am glad that he is.
