I admire his braveness to admit the controversy. As a person that was bullied before, it's a feeling that won't fade and it's against my will to forget about it. I hardly remember the faces and names of my bullies before yet I don't detest them now but the feeling...its suffocating. I developed trust issues, social anxiety, I preferred to be alone and I know to my fellow people who were bullied before have developed more things that I haven't. I love Kim Ji Soo, his dramas and how he act his role but after all this was true, I felt disappointed. I don't know about laws regarding this but if he is not being punished or does not show repentance, it would feel unfair for the the people he hurt before as they are now brave enough to shout their feelings that they were bullied unlike me who is afraid to show to the people that that I was bullied before even to my family.
