Title Not Me
Love how you said bl is also about bisexuality and then immediately went "he slept with women so he's straight."…
You probably didn't see all those comments about the first episode where tharn did SA type when he was drunk and passed out and how "hot" it was. And yes tharn did SA type in the shower too. No means no.

And yes some straight people think it's okay when gay people get r*ped. And like i sad young impressionable people watch these shows and if it's normalized and romanticized then they might not even realize they are victims.

If you really think that almost all of them know then explain to me why almost every woman was sa? why do i have to be scared to go home alone after school when it's dark? why was i groped by man twice my age in subway because i was wearing dress on more than one occasion? why r*pist get almost no jail time even if they are proven guilty? Tell me because i would love to know.

I don't know where'd you get that i'm arrogant, self righteous, prudish, fearful, sex-phobic but you can think whatever you want about me. You can call me whatever you want. In the end you are clearly stuck to what you think and i'm gonna stick to my opinion, so there's no point in arguing with each other.

I just didn't think that in 2022 we would still have to "debate" why romanticizing sa is bad and how harmful it is for queer community.

You know most people understand that murder is bad and you definitlly shouldn't go around and murder people. If you pay attention to what's happening in the world you would know that a lot of people don't think r*pe is bad. That's the main difference. Also I might have written it wrongly, so to clarify. Non of these things should be romanticized. But there's a difference between how to portray them. If there is SA or r*pe it needs to be said that it's wrong, which is not what either lbc or tt did.

Also bl is for some people their first and/or only interaction with queer community. Young impressionable queer people watch this. Do you want them to think these things are okay? No, no one wants that.

You really can just use google, but for example in my country most r*pe or sa victims don't get justice because of the definition of it in our law and politicians don't wanna change it because "it's not important."
You can also see it in both of these shows where no one faced any repercussions for what they did.

I'm not gonna explain to you how triggers work so you can find it for yourself.

How do you know Gun isn't straight? To my knowledge he never come out as anything . "he radiates gayness, softness, femininity..." what the fuck that means?? And you said because of that you can't buy him as a straight action hero, so why can't he be bisexual action hero if he slept with a girl in first episode and ends up with off's character. (Also this series isn't even about that)

You know people don't spell those words because they care about actual victims in real life who are still affected from those horrible things that happened to them.

Again, i never said anything about murder and buglary and extortion and blackmail and kidnapping and battery and theft and forgery. Those are completely fine to be portrayed.

"Some people that get r*ped fall in love with their r*pist." you realize how fucked up this take is?? because maybe you don't see it like this, but that can easily lead to someone thinking "oh if I want someone to love I should just r*pe them". because even if it's fiction it still has impact on real world where r*ape is big problem and is still ignored by law.

I don't have problem with flawed characters, but the fact that you don't see the problem is actually concerning.

Firs of all you literally wrote: I was supposed to accept his character as straight.... like YOU wrote that.

Second, i'm not sure which is is worse, the straight and bisexual men can't be feminine and soft or that queer people can't be action/spy heroes. Which is what you're impling.

Lastly, yeah tt and lbc are really popular, doesn't change the fact that both of them romanticize sexual as*ult and r*ape. If you think consent is bullshit then you are the problematic person in bl community and you should really get help and don't get into relationship until you understand why is it important. And yes people LOVE flawed characters but believe me no one loves a r*apist.

Terrible. Just awful. It is so embarrassing when a BL, on a BL budget, tries to be an action/thriller or SyFy/horror…
Love how you said bl is also about bisexuality and then immediately went "he slept with women so he's straight." You obviously know exactly what bisexuality is.

Also the fact that you think thatntype and love by chance (one of the most toxic and harmful series out there) is what we need more tells me and everyone else everything we need to know about your opinion.

I just wanna ask are you LGBT ?? Don't take it wrongly but if you're not then you really don't know what it's…
Sorry if it sounded like I'm nagging you, I was just trying to explain that not everyone has the same experiences and you are right, maybe it was little bit exaggerated and this wouldn't happen in thailand but it could happen somewhere else so someone might relate to this. And you saying it's unrealistic might harm them and make them believe that their experience is invalid.
Also side note, I was taught that I shouldn't talk about my sexuality in work because it might make me get fired. And we do have anti discrimination laws as well.

Okay, good for you you had great experiences and people around you as well. Still you don't have any right to invalidate other people's experiences.

Sorry if it sounded like a "strawman argument" but the way you said it sounded that way to me. And if you think it's not realistic that's fine, like I said you are very lucky that nothing like that happened to you, but if someone tells you that something like this actually happens and it is realistic you can't just start insulting people.

Yes, it is your business and you don't have to tell me and like I said if you have never seen anything like this then you're lucky, but as a bisexual woman I know how bad it can be. And maybe in most places in Thailand this wouldn't happen but there still are homophobic people everywhere. Also it doesn't matter if you're boyfriend was Thai or not, if neither of you is LGBT (which I don't know so I might be wrong) you can't just say you know what it's like. I don't wanna cause any argument I just want to explain, that you saying it's unrealistic and it would never happen could harm someone who's going through something similar and invalidate their experience.

This Type’s boss thread is wildly improbable. Apart from the fact that we get no clear reason why he is such…
I just wanna ask are you LGBT ?? Don't take it wrongly but if you're not then you really don't know what it's like, and if you are then you are very lucky that you didn't experience something like this. Believe me, anti-discrimination laws don't work as much as they should, especially in Asia.
