There may be a happiness you didn’t realize you had,
but if you have someone who will find it with you, that’s all you need in life - hong dae young(warning: long note ahead because this drama was too good to have more explanations!!!)
okay, so why did i decided to watch this drama even if it has been 2 years alreadyy??? Gosh, this drama was such a masterpiece to begin with. The tears fell from my cheeks were worth it because of how this drama was so touching. I think this note would be i think messed up abit and not quite organized, because I have tons to say about this drama. And after I watched all the episodes and now I decided that this would be another comforting drama I'll watch again soon, and turns to be added to my favorite kdrama list I had.
So I'll go first to the detail of how I discovered this drama. Last year, 2022, I was having a little confusion with my choice whether i should watch this drama or not. I already added it on my watchlist until I get to watch it during the christmas break. it was a great timing because I was craving for so much comfort, especially the genre for this drama is life, comedy, and romance (which is these are one of my fav genres and where I find to get more entertained as well).
Let's get to the story. Since it combines fantasy, romance and comedy, I was expecting to be even more entertaining. Even the plot was very interesting. I never get to expect how detailed the messages expressing from the story as well. I love how it turned out. There were tons of reflecting stories and life-decisions that the characters has, with some unexpected short-comings that fits at the right moment. In conclusion, the plot for me was so perfect. I really thought it was like a random story came from what this drama tells about, but it was really surprising when the story comes to the end. Realizing that life has so many possible things to happen, whether it has something you need to make is as our expectations, or unexpected things that we were blind to look forward into. But except how Hong Dae-young turned to be in his early 20's or back in his high school days. And in the last few episodes of the drama, how I wish when I have my own family, I would felt the things that Dae-young and da-jung had with their own family.
To the casts, I appreciate all their efforts and how the give so much effort to give all their best to express the characters they were portraying as. Just at the beginning of the drama, seems like all, again all of them deserve so much recognition. From the main cast, but I would also not forgot to mention the supporting casts as they did so well from this drama. At the beginning until the end of the drama, I really love their resemblances especially to Hong dae-young and Jung da-jung in their early 20's until their late 30's. I would like to mention the actors and actresses who make this drama so special, Kim Ha-neul and Yoon Sang-Hyun, both of them I had my first time to see their roles from this drama. And at the end, they made me think of looking forward to watch their other projects as well. They made their roles from this series so special. To other casts that I get to know them from their other roles from the dramas I've watched, Lee Do Hyun, Han So-Eun, Roh Jeong-eui, Ryeoun, Wi Ha-Joon, Choi Bo-min, and Hwang In-youp. These casts mention were giving me so much feels and I get to love how the express their hardwork and giving this drama in a special way that I get to watch it and gosh their visuals gave me so much feels as well! HUHUHU they were so good at this drama!!!
Overall, again and again, I would like to thank these casts who did so well in this masterpiece that now I decided to watch it again, and I was proud of myself that I get to rethink all over again and giving myself a chance to watch this drama again. Love the plot, like everything the drama has in between. This was so perfect. I have nothing to say at this point, because I think everything mentioned in this note would be something I'll read again to convince myself watching this comforting drama.
Very recommended, beginner friendly as well. Great for time kill, and would be very rewatchable. <333
Thanks to this drama, and to the casts involved in this drama, wherever you guys are at the moment, hope you shined more because they deserve so much recognition!!! this is it. byeee!

“I must live. I will survive no matter what and find the answer.” – Jin Do Jun.
to make this note short, the beginning and the middle part of the story seems very interesting. But the latter part of the story seems to be off guard. should I say it was kinda rushed? i think some would also say that. But what I liked is how the connection of the soonyang's former chairman, yang cheol and his youngest grandson who would be be the next chairman of soonyang, do joon. I think what it makes me get interest in watching this drama is because song joong ki was part of this drama. The plot was very promising, with time lamps or fantasy-like with politics. Some parts of the drama made me confused since I don't really get interested of watching political kdrama. I get to research terms for me to understand and know, and such. For the cast, it seems that most of them were surprisingly good enough to portray the characters that they were assigned. Love the connection (again) with some of the main leads, but not interested by the endgame of do joon and min young 20 years before hyun woo incarnated as do joon in the 90's and deeply learned the overall family tree of soonyang motors with the embezzlements and illegal founds made by the grandson of the former chairman of the company. Even if some of the casts were unfamiliar, but few of them are so familiar since I watched them during their 2021 to this year's projects. Like Song Joong Ki, obviously. Including Jo Han Chul which I last saw him from Vincenzo, same as Song Jong Ki's former castmates, park hyuk kwon, park ji hyun, kang gi doong and jo hye hoo as she was known from some other web dramas.
Overall, this drama was pretty interesting from the beginning, except the last episode seems to be too rushed. There were times it was something that I get to learn from this drama.
Recommended, good for binge watch but expect to takes so much time since its pretty long for some episodes. Not beginner friendly I guess. Looking forward to the casts!!! Song Joong Ki, SARANGHAEYOOO!

if you want to give comfort to yourself, watch this drama. expect to skip/fast forward some scenes
This drama would be perfect above all when it does not take so much longer to drag the plot of the story. So i'll make this note short, since what I like is just the beginning and the ending, not the whole plot of the drama. Now I understand why this drama was rated below 7.8 out of 10. I guess a 12-14 episode would be enough for the story to be told. But the drama was quite a good vibe to watch since it's giving the viewers a positive energy and vibes while watching, with a little heart touching a bit. For me, the plot seems to be so much dragging, like its out of the place. The love triangle must be fixed even better than what the drama shown to us. What I just liked is the jolly vibes, with moral lessons of teamwork, hardships, relationships or specifically, the youth. The casts seems, eh okay but I don't think for me especially Hae yi's attitude seems to be pretty annoying but pretty makes sense to all of the team cheerleading. In a college setup? with her personality? I don't think that's common to see, its rare. Specifically, too much fantasy and does not focus more of reality. Some areas from the drama were not that clear as well, especially when the cheer captain was stabbed, then I never seen such thing that it was rushed and no justice being served, just a response from the university saying that they would focus more to the safety of everyone, like what the???
To make this drama give a chance, I think its really beneficial to some kdrama fans who were beginners. Honestly, I felt that I had this feeling of mine that there is something missing. But the vibe from the story makes me get interested. I appreciate the cast as well in this drama since they worked so hard for this drama to be successful. Not to be biased, but for me this drama deserve high or low rating, I think an 7.5 or 8 out of 10 would be enough.
~ The Cast, hmmm characters well portrayed
~ OST makes you feel the energy the story has
~ the prophecy seems very interesting from the beginning to the end
~ acting was pretty clear, especially Han Ji Hyun gave so much spotlight to her acting skills from crying, acting crazy, and such.
So I would say, good for beginners and recommended if ever you need to freshen up or lighten up your mind and enjoy watching this drama since again it's mostly full of happiness as well.

benefits of having a relationship with a red flag guy and harsh reality in getting together...
let me explain why this drama was a 9 out of 10 (but why not 7 or 8?)first thing s first, I dropped this drama last year when episode 10 got released and watching the episode 8 until I stopped due to shipping nabi and do-hyeok together knowing the ending of too many spoilers online. As i came back to watch this drama, i guess i was satisfied with the ending as well. I supposed before watching this drama even after watching few episodes, I need to be open-minded to na-bi and jae-eon's decisions of having their relationship whether it is kind of a little benefits with them. Expressing the desires, temptations, desperate, and pleasures they have especially to nabi having a previous relationship that destroys all over her life and jae-eon being the red flag guy in this drama. but then showing up jae-eon, until she decided to try do something new that would change her life ever since from the beginning. And at the end, showed up that they were together, until she saw do-hyeok, thinking that i guess the ending was the togetherness of nabi and jae-yeon as a couple, but maybe they would end up having regrets and blameless (as what nabi told him in the last scene in the exhibit) + let me appreciate the wonderful art of nabi's statue at the exhibit, it was soooo pretty and fascinating :<
now let me explain the plot since mostly everyone watching this drama was disappointed at the ending. overall, nabi wants to discover a new type of relationship that is full of love (but not really love bombing), but she does not know about jae-eon's path of his life when meeting other girls. Actually, there was a scene about him and seol-a (the girl who make nabi jealous) that makes me think of that he is a red flag type of guy. Until i found out and realized that I think jae-eon was the type of guy before to hangout with so many girls without knowing that he used too much of his intimate relationships hanging out with girls. but then when he ended up with nabi, that's how he appreciates nabi the most that changes his life to become a better person at the end. I was really surprised at the ending exhibit scene because he actually cried (even if the last part when the statue got rebuild then saying goodbye to her disappearing out of nowhere). I also got bad with do-hyeok's ending since he decided that he would be happy of what nabi's decision would she make if she ended up back with him or jae-eon. I really like how do-hyeok portrayed in this drama. him being the green flag guy + knows how he would interact with nabi being childhood friends. but sadly, i got to understand well his point where he would respect nabi's decision after all, and as nabi accepts what do-hyeok gave to her (even his heart and flowers as well :<) ahhh + how he also confronts nabi's decision at the exhibit scene as well. how i wish do-hyeok type of guy must exists in real life PLSSS :< and as well as episode 10 was enough for me.
I'll go now to the casts, especially the supporting casts. I feel happy with their ending as they also felt happy from where they were by the ending. The relationships that they have, and how they expresses relationships that are not really perfect, but with such benefits and passion on never giving up until they ended up together. I like how they also blends with the point of the plot from this drama. this part would be short, but again, I appreciate their screen time as well. sometimes i got sad, and sometimes i get chills and mad hehe.
Overall, this drama was more about the reality of having relationships nowadays with guys that you don't trust somehow. comparing a red flag and green flags relationships made me understand better of having that types or relationships that you might encounter, not knowing when would happen. is fate real? is love by fate real enough to express relationships that much? is it too much to handle for nabi's point of view with jae-eon and/or do-hyeok? that made me think all over this drama. But, I like this drama and finally, I got to appreciate the casts who did a very job well done!
Recommended, not really good for beginners since it needs kind of an open-minded mindset of their point of views and lots of patience as well :')). Good for binge watch and ep 10 was pretty enough for me too. + the ost OMFG PLSSS I LOVE THEM :<
thanks to this drama, i learned a lot, very :')

"be careful what you wished for, for you have the price to make"
okay well even if this drama was far from reality, I guess this drama deserves more recognition because the story makes all connected to what the drama portrays the whole plot of the story. This drama was underrated, that the fact that there were lots of scenes that gives moral lessons to our personal lives. "Be careful of what you wished for, for you have the price to make".
First and foremost, i'll talk first about the plot. from the beginning, it talks about curse and pain about reality. which is more about the curse that Jung Jin received from her mother, which the witch Jo Hee Ra. The story seems very entertaining because of how each and every episodes sees the glimpse of something that I'll never expect to reveal, which is Jung Jin being the daughter of the witch, and being the next owner of the witch's diner. I like how others had their own wished that gave me heartfelt. the plot from the beginning, until the last and every bit parts of the series made me chose to give an overall 10 rating because of how bittersweet this drama was.
For the cast, they seems to portray the characters very well. I was looking forward from Chae Jong Hyeop's role. I was very proud of Nam Ji Hyun as well since my last drama with her was Suspicious Partner and made me think that she deserve so much attention because of her great acting skills! (looking forward to her new drama Little Women 2022!). Song Ji Hyo aka the witch was also very attractive from her role, her humor as well was too real!! she was too good from this drama including Ha Do Gwon the shadow or CEO which gave chemistry for me with the witch haha!
Overall, this drama gave me too much chills and emotions, lots of unexpected scenes to come in the end because of how *again* interconnected with the scenes. The cast who were involved in this drama (especially the main leads and the supporting roles) deserve attention and dramas to look forward to their next projects.
Good for binge watch, recommended for beginners, great for time-kill since it was only 8 episodes but it needs to be 10 for a good duration from the drama, rewatchable as well!
LOVE THIS DRAMA SO MUCHHH!

"At some point, the world became a place people like you can't live in,
because if you don't meet the set standards, you are treated like a failure."(beware: long review, but greater explanation!)
lets just say I got a little sad and wasted by the plot of the story. For me, this short drama was a little too fast-paced for me, but the story was something from it's fantasy, but combined with an reality. The drama speaks about how believing yourself or from someone else might be different and hard to believe into something, but as what the drama says, it's what we believe or in other words, "do you believe in magic?".
The plot of the drama seems to be too fast-paced for me, because of how expected and unexpected things happened during the whole series. There were scenes that would be really relatable, far from fantasies that we had from what we expect from the word "Magic". There were things that are too unrealistic, but at the same time, the story about a high schoolers and a magician expresses more comfort and healing every time they encounter struggles about their personal life's based from their experiences from the past till present. I also love the musicality theater themed drama this is. Because it feels even more theatrical because of the musical scenes as well. It fits from the story because of how a magician wants others to understand how he wants to be believed into from his own beliefs in terms in his skills in being a magician. In other words, the story speaks about "Our life wants to be believed from what we believe"
From the cast, they were good in acting. I can't explain how Lee Chang-wook and Hwang In-yeop proves me that they are much appreciated from their roles and their acting skills. I was quite surprised from Lee Chang-wook's singing skills and because of this drama, I got to know him more. Choi Sung Eun made me think of looking forward from her drama because she acted so well even her emotions felt like its really true! I appreciated the cast from this drama because this series was full of fantasy and how it exceeds my expectations since it was too beautiful to watch the whole episodes. For the characters, I think what I missed the most is, I think Lee Ri-eul from the character needs to have a little bit more flashbacks from his experience because I realize that there's really something missing that needs to be shown in the plot. Especially the lead roles, except from Yoon An-yi because I got to know her story that much already. But for Lee Ri-eul does'nt have that much duration to express from his experiences. Also, for Na il deung, I had mixed feelings because from his personality in the whole drama, but I guess both An-yi and il-deung had similar personal problems after all. The ending was mainly focused on An-yi but I was expecting even more from Ri-eul and Il-deung to show their life after their experiences, but I guess I was wrong about it. unexpected short-comings, the ending was a little bit unexpected as well from me. Oh, I almost forgot, the musical-themed osts were very cute as well, most of the scenes that fits with their ost made it even more better.
Overall, this drama was pretty beautiful because of the plot that speaks both fantasy and reality. I got to see this type of dramas in kdrama land rarely, and I think for me this drama also speaks about how we believe in ourselves or from others based from our origin and our beliefs. We get to know ourselves from our expectations that seems to be right or wrong, and what others would think about us the way we portray from what they judge about us. And after all, this line hits me from the drama: "At some point, the world became a place people like you can't live in. Because if you don't meet the set standards, you are treated like a failure." Thanks to this drama, I got to learn a lot.
Recommended, good for binge watch and time killer, great for beginners as well! :>
looking forward to the cast!!

“In life, you never know what will happen unless you go for it...
It would’ve been a shame if I’d given up halfway through it.”- Oh Ae-sun
Mostly people watching this drama were crying a lot, as for me the last few eps already made me cry because I could feel the sad and bittersweet ending with this drama. It was really such a masterpiece, as it was all about family, grown by an independent woman, Ae sun, who's dreams are falling apart, but part of her progress was thankfully to her one and only mother who also bring her tragedy and her hopes and dreams, carrying her haenyo hardworking mother's luck from her past. One thing that really highlights was how this drama was a slice of life and how it really gives resemblance to the older generation's past experiences and challenges, as the writer recommends the oldies in their 70's or 80's to watch this series because it was all dedicated to them. Even if the story was not aligned to my generation today, but I could really feel the heartbreaking and challenges that even my grandmother or my mother experienced. It was not just about love and relationships of growing one family, but it is how womanhood brings generation and memories where they would cherish until the last day. It was a wonderful story, about how life goes on, and how tangerines represents life and finding joy in life and resilience in most difficult times. The drama would also like to initiate and gives message where life still goes on, no matter the challenges encountered, and the unexpected turns that comes in into your life anytime in your time of growing.
I would also comment on their cinematography, the blue-themed drama where it all started with its transition of the character's habits and then how the director is also creative in terms of color blending of its scenes and the setup of the scene as well. It really inspires me to make an own story, and as well as how it gives so much atmosphere with the drama.
I also really love the cast, and how they really made this drama very special in a different way. The selection of the cast by the director and writer was all worth it, especially all of them (starting from the haenyo halmoji's) where they really give justice and passion from this drama. I really am passionate and very interested with Lee Ji Eun's roles in every drama, especially this series was really special for me and her, and even all the halmoni's who wanted to feel the comfort and love through the story slowly unfolds in each volume. Lee Ji Eun and Park Bo Gum did so well with their characters, the resemblance in their older days as the story goes by really gives so much memories and passion on how the characters itself developed through their years and ages. I really appreciate (again) the cast who did their roles at their best, and I really thanked them for their efforts and how they made me really bawled my eyes out crying in the middle of the night.
Overall, I would not be saying so much with this drama, as I also thought of how this drama would give so much impact to the older generations and as me craving for comfort and slice-of-life drama about life is still going on, achieving that dream no matter the circumstances are unexpectedly come. Really a great watch, binge watchable, rewatchable and really recommended to anyone looking for relatable life dramas like this. I am so emotional in terms of dramas like this, because I have been craving for comfort, but not just romance, but also slice of life and youth dramas. It has been my favorite genres, but this drama I would never forget how I am not yet late of its end release and how I keep up with the updates despite getting a bit spoiled. On the positive side, looking forward to the cast's future roles, esp. to lee ji eun and park bo gum's drama project selection!! <333

find that light, where life and death depends on your destiny
"hoping that we would never see each other again"After i've watched the drama moving last year, now i realized why this has must to be must watched, especially the director and writer from this drama are the same as the drama moving! Also, this has been one of my greatest top-tier kdrama of 2024 for me. Very heartwarming and as I kept watching it, made me now realize why they were in a dark area, as they were very unconscious, laying on a hospital beds in the ICU while they altogether experienced the same traumatic tragedy. The ending was pretty clear, that they shall find light, and that hope from its light depends on your destiny and future.
There was no ost, but the storyline was very unique, it was like from the drama moving, where from that drama each family has their own superpowers, while in this drama it was all about passing through generations of taking in charge of the darkest world where everyone (not all specifically) are unconscious and finding answer through unexpected short-comings. The storyline was very clear, there were no plot holes and as everyone's story was connected one by one. Park Bo Young's role (Kwon Young-ji) from here is very remarkable and yet, as she understood everyone's experiences that actually she came from her own experience of life and death. She was like the so called "bridge" of hope and light, despite the light shop owner, Ju Ji-hoon who had a similar tragedy experience way back in his time, (played by jung won-young) was there to keep eye on new "lightbulbs" where it gave as the life of those people who were in between life and death. Each of the victims from that incident find each of their light, as they depend if they go back to their current path, or they'll left behind. At the last episode, everything for me actually makes sense, despite the short episodes allotted for this series, everything went well and all of my answers have been answered.
One of the highlights for me was definitely knowing that on behalf of the lightshop owner, he recognized his daughter, who survived from the incident of the apartment collapsing, as he brings the lightbulb and gave her a source of life during that incident. As they met in the light shop, every moment the time her father (the owner) realized that actually they met again, and they'll stay forever as both of them died in a form of accident. The ending was clear, they stayed together in the light shop as they had their mission to give lightbulbs to those who want to see their path again. It was pretty clear and yet I love how it was a sign that there would be another season to come (hopefully) :')
Also, the end-credit scene gave us a clue of how the timeline of Moving and Light Shop were all the same!! I really love that series so much because of how cool the concept and the story is. Jang Hee Soo (played by Go Young Ju) made a promising appearance in this drama!!
The ending was pretty clear, most of them had reborn to their new life, while others stayed behind, waiting for their final moments to end. "hoping that we would never see each other again":') Kudos to the cast who were so good in portraying their characters, especially to Shin Eun-soo whom I adored so much from her previous drama, twinkling watermelon, as well as Park Bo Young for choosing this drama that fits for her role as she was very promising and had so much potential <333
Overall, really a good watch, I really love the storyline and the cast from this drama. Knowing that the directors and writers from this drama has so much potential to write another series/story, I do hope that they continue to shine with their own talent and skills in making the drama both Light Shop and Moving a remarkable and yet unforgettable one!! Really recommended for beginners and totally rewatchable. Everything was very emotional, despite the thriller and mystery genre, I was totally satisfied with the story being told.
Rooting for the casts future roles!! Hoping for another season definitely.
