@ apocalib I think is it not necessary to train up his 2nd soul power to let ppl notice that he has it.
Anyway, I feel if he use his 2nd soul power. It shd at least let ppl realise that he has 2 soul power n more so the other one is hammer. If not is like some thing not quite right as to have 2 soul power is very rare. Otherwise he shdnt use his 2nd power so soon.

Also his father ask him not to use his 2nd soul power unless he is facing life n death. He use it when fighting with a trainer teacher at epi 8 but no one seem to notice he has 2 soul power. Only mention how he defeat that teacher.
Did they change the story having 2 soul power & hammer power is nothing special here? I wonder...
