There is a special episode apparently. Where Na Bi went back and saved her 2 friends. It's actually the best ending since

1. Han Na Bi's friends will live
2. Kyung Hwi won't get comatosed and waste his medical license and everything to save Han Na Bi

Everyone else says this shouldn't happen. I beg to disagree. Current ending ended up with Kyung Hwi losing about 10 years of his life, and his medical license. He got Na Bi back, but the price seems heavier.
