as with you, like, this is something i really dont understand with some people who dislike things. why actively go to something and either a.) drag/mock it/shit on it or b.) announce how this show is a "waste of time" and that they dont need to watch it. if you dont like it, skip it, dont watch it, good for you. you literally dont need to comment it like a president giving its announcement.

Ahh no worries that's fine! Emotions could really get the best of us sometimes xD That's also one of the reasons why i refrained commenting here right away after the finale because i was so disappointed with the hi-five and whatever happened in that epilogue scene with sarawat teasing tine. it would've made sense in the novel's context where sarawat was actually shown to be sadistic, but the series portrayed him to be a gentle and caring person and ughh...the finale had just so much inconsistencies that it really frustrates me sometimes.

Also another thing that literally confuses me is that other side couples like mantype or dimgreen had some cute intimate-ish scenes together in the finale (heck even milphukong with that balcony scene) so why couldnt they do that to sarawatine. at first we all thought it was because they werent close at that time but this new clip literally proves that they were aight with it (and with bright also saying there should have been a kissing scene) so im just like ???

damn right so true. i heard brightwin apparently did a lot of adlibs or improvs throughout the series? like the will you marry me scene and the scene where tine sat on top of the railings and sarawat put tine's hand around him during the episode 5 concert. it really baffles me why they're not trying to show sarawatine having sweet or intimate moments the moment they became a couple. its just wild because they had so much potential but they literally ruined it in the last 2 episodes

Woah chill im not trying to defend them xD I was trying to quote something that another user has said in here that apparently thai couples arent into PDA in like, well, public locations, (i dont remember who exactly but i remember seeing them say something along the lines of when some couples say "no there's people watching" or something idk haha)

But yeah I agree, they should have at least tried to fix the script where in it felt more like an actual BL rather than a bromance like the rest of ya'll said. A kiss would have been great but since they're that stingy, certain alternatives could have worked :/
Also, (correct me if i'm wrong but) isnt Sotus is a GGMTV drama too? One with not that much kissing scenes? If they were able to do that to Sotus and make it a really huge hit i really dont see why they couldnt do the same with 2gether.

They said thailand is a conservative country where in some couples arent that comfortable in doing PDA but there are tons of different ways to show it. Staring into each other then smiling? hugging? head pat 2.0 with longing stare? so much options...It also disappointing since Bright actually was probably fine doing one more kissing scene judging by his comment while they were watching the finale episode with p'jennie....

I know right? Seeing this even disappoints me more. Its definitely not entirely on this being the first scene they shot and them being awkward. it really falls down to the written script and directions given. The reason why they're so awkward and have lack of chemistry is due to the writing. BrightWin had more chemistry in that BTS rather than the actual finale. Heck I'd take that head pat and head leaning over that awkward hi-five....

Like yeah, (im trying to speak as non bias as I can since honestly episode 1-11 were fine for me, it was just 12 and 13 that disappointed me) I know that the series started to decline around episode 10 where everything seems to move to fast and all the moving in stuff but like I feel like giving the series a one star just because of the tragedy that is 12 and 13 doesnt really feel right(?) in a sense as we all cant deny, episode 1 to maybe episode 9 (7 to others) were really good and/or decent in a way. Sometimes I feel like if that high five didnt happen, and instead was replaced with either a kiss or a hug, people wont be this mad about it (i mean yeah the rushed plot, lack of chemistry and the unnecessary drama was probably also a factor but i feel like that high five was like the cherry on top which made the others snap so i couldnt blame them, even I who literally tried seeing pass their previous flaws didnt let this slip xD)

Omg this is actually really good. I'm just gonna pretend this is the original ending while the thing that happened in the series was just a draft or sumn.

the thing is though some of those cut out parts could have been properly utilized well. like you know, the scene where sarawat introduces tine to his parents and all and he and his dad have a talk about "it doesnt matter if you didnt protect a woman, what matters is that you protect the one you love" thing. like yeah its somewhat close to tine's story with type but sibling's relationship and parents relationship should be something tackled often too. (also i'd honestly take those scenes over the repetitive jealousy scenes since ep5 from pear->mil->earn->back to mil->pam etc.)

They could also have compensated in idk, maybe dates to make it feel like they're a couple? or whatever that car scene people were talking about...

I think the main difference on why people are so pissed with Pam's character is because in the novel, she's written as the exact opposite. She was written as an Earn 2.0 First love edition that Tine just overthinks of. But in here, they made her a villain. If the original story had villain Pam no one would be complaining honestly, i guess they were just shocked because (i think) out of all of the characters, Pam is the one that has a drastic change in character. But nonetheless I agree with you~! I believe some went too overboard with criticizing it. for me, 8-10 were still acceptable, 11 was meh (4/4 saved it to me haha xD) while 12 was just the first episode that I was actually disappointed in..I think its because I ended up expecting too much from Pam but got what I didnt expect instead.

lmao i feel like a complete clown looking at ep 12 lmao. i really hope ep 13 would at least slightly redeem whatever mess 11 and 12 did. or at least give us a satisfying ending... seeing the 12th episode role out, i genuinely feel like the earlier parts of episode 11 (except the final scene) were irrelevant they could have replaced it with something more brief yet flows well to the sarawat revelation scene (the novel said it happened in the library right?) so that this episode (and 13 seeing that there's gonna be a lot happening) wont look too rushed.... big yikes on the director, scriptwriter and editors part tbh...

I dont know if its the actual pacing of the story, the editing, or the fact I watched spoilers from the series where it said "Pam isnt going to be a plot device used to ruin SarawaTine" so I expected a lot but nope, they gave us this stereotypical trope of the lead's old lover coming back and wanting him back. Sarawat made me give myself a huge facepalm.

Also I'm starting to agree with the others when they said there was no chemistry? Usually I was one of those people who were like "they dont need physical contact to show their relationship" but now? I expected at least a peck from Sarawat when he comforted Tine, he was so insecure. Ughh

Broo, I know i probably dont have a say in this since im just young like him, but I also know my emotions would have done something. I would have pushed pam off, tell her tine was my bf or chase after tine right away, Even if Pam was his first love. He literally told Tine his feelings for him were stronger than his feelings to Pam back then which is why he pursued Tine. Dont give me the "he was stunned" excuse cause im not sure if its from all the philippine dramas i've watched or my personality, i would have laughed or mocked Pam if she confessed to me. Being like "Well the tables have turned huh?" (idk I feel like this is really petty and I'm still in the egoistic stages of youth so..) Seriously wtf happened?

Also judging by the previews, we can see Tine at his own dorm meaning he must have moved on. This finale episode better be 2 hours long or i'm throwing a riot. I wont accept a rushed ending for this ughh...damn.... I hate dramas where in a final problem is created literally an episode before the finale because it would make the resolve and the resolution happen in the final episode making it feel so rushed and i hate those *cough filipino dramas* please pull a 180 and make me eat my words on the finale please...
