They extended Friend Zone 2 from 13 eps to 16. Something that they could have done for this series. Still mad…
When it was first announced here on MDL, it was listed as having 18 episodes. Maybe that was a typo, or maybe they decided to cut it short after they had filmed some of them, and had to hurry up the ending.

Where were the parents/families throught this season? Shouldn't at the very least Punn's father have appeared as more than a reference at the end?

Episode 13 was a real disappointment. It was like "OK, let's quickly wrap this up because we ran out of episodes". And really, Pom and Chanon would so easily say "this is their fight" ? They are only ten years older, and they had bigger axes to grind with the Gifted program.

Episode 12 was a disgrace. Ohm's sermon sounded like a cross between the Charlie Chaplin speech at the end of The Dictator, and the "We Don't Need No Education" from The Wall, with none of the conviction. Why would Supot put up with it for more than ten seconds? He knew of course he could not arrest Ohm; he would just disappear, but at least he could have chased him out of the auditorium.

I would say that it was the Director who had the best character development throughout the series, as his alliances kept changing and his motives became clearer and more sinister.

The plot twists in the first few episodes kept me coming back week after week, but the character development has a lot more shallow than in Season 1. Gun, in particular, was given no opportunity for his acting talent to shine. Definitely nothing remotely approaching the intensity of the fight episode in Season 1.

What a terribly dissappointing ending. I wonder whether what happened was that indeed 18 episodes were planned as was originally announced, then after a lot of the filming had been done, they decided to cut it back to 13 episodes, and had to make some very drastic cuts to bring it to a close.

Very unimpressed by this show. As a gay man whose life is full of drama, I can't identify with the characters…
May I suggest reading die Leiden des jungen Werthers instead? More appropriate for someone whose life is full of drama.

Well, I don't think it is funny. The jokes are so cheap.
So don't watch it!

Not all shows can have the depth and seriousness of ToL. Think of this as slapstick. It's funny, in the sense that cream pie fights in old movies are funny. I'm enjoying it for what it is.

You can safely ff through all of it and just watch the PhuKao scenes, which, as usual, are the only thing worth…
Not sure about "only thing worth watching", but Phu painting Kao's face as a rabbit in one of the early episodes, and Kao not realizing this until much later, was priceless.

Thanks. I was remembering that Solo had said something like seing Phu at family gatherings. Being distant cousins explains that.

I am so confused as to who is related to whom, and who has shady-business connections. Maybe I should go watch the series from the beginning. Is there a cheat sheet somewhere?

I was a bit disappointed about how they presented Channon's back story. It would have taken maybe 2-3 more minutes of dialog to say what he did for the ten years before his memories came back, and also how he used his Gift afterwards. It doesn't really take much of a gift to be in IT support. The way the episode ended, it doesn't look like Channon will be showing up again; I was certainly hoping for a face-off between him and Pom.

Another rollercoaster episode! The Director's prediction of how the XV class's idealism would lead them to disintegrate is coming true. Pang did not learn from his previous "I know everything" failure, and is keeping the other Gifted out of his plans; there is no reason he couldn't have brought Punn and Wave along, if for nothing else, at least as having more muscle power.
