Actually he was checking Ahn jung won's drawer. He smiled because Dr Ahn's drawer was empty of all the gods things that means he isn't going to be a priest anymore and stay at the hospital.

You just summed up what i wanted to say about this drama. It gave me a little feeling of "Bad Genius" at first but then it's completely different. I was hooked from the very first and again pulled an all nighter. It was worth it though.

Nonie, thank you for explaining this. I think understand why her parents are like that. I have seen it too, the only thing that bothered me was that they were just stuck in a neverending loop . That was what felt tiring otherwise it's a beautiful story. What can i say, i am still not over this. And the main 2 OSTs keep repeating in my mind:)
