LOL, yes, to my understanding. There are many dramas that reference the elderly threatening to go to the local magistrate or official of their town to get their children charged for disrespecting their elders. Whether or not the cases are carried out is a different story. But filial piety is huge, still is, in many parts of Asia. Though no one is getting sued for it now, just shamed by gossip.

I agree, they're totally banking on the popularity of Part 1, that they didn't even bother to finish the editing and such for Part 2 before releasing it. Its not even a full year since Part 2 was done filming...that's why no OST or posters for Part 2. They should've planned for a continuous release, but they didn't. unreal.

I think maybe its because Korean fans went after China for plagiarism on a Xu Kai drama that released this year. But yeah, no point in engaging in these fans, if they don't like it, they don't have to watch it. Let the rest of us enjoy it in peace.

There might be a second season maybe, it ends on a cliff hanger.

I was hoping there would be some mild romance too, but this was a really well written military drama. Acting was on point and brought attention to important points that should be discussed more irl.

I'm taking it as a sign, they're feeling sorry for us, so they're going to release sooner....please be true~~~
