that whole scene was litteraly early admission "exam" that both Teh and Oh-aew took. Everything is happening chronologicly.
After that he went to bus and met Hoon. His brother told him to sleep, but Teh said that his back hurts becouse of long travel, thats why later on Hoon bought him a plane ticket.
Also you can see that after they come back home, his mum asks Teh if he did well and when willl he know that he got in and so on.
That scene is just the beggining.

I agree with you SO much. We need lgbtq representation also outside of BL series and Pangwave especially make…
and that's on queerbaiting. like totally that whole scene with pangwave was a rip off of 2gether; drink with a name on it? we saw that! listening to music with headphones? yeahhhh

I know this is a pretty unpopular opinion here, but this episode just shows that if PangWave happened it would…
I agree with you SO much. We need lgbtq representation also outside of BL series and Pangwave especially make so much sense. if producers made them a real couple, that would be soooo powerful and it would change the game! Main characters in gay relationship in a teen supernatural show, where the main focus would not be, that they are gay??? WE NEED THAT. and also I have seen so many homophobic comments under the gifted episodes, that it hurts, so it's really important.

No one is gay here. It's not BL.
I'm sorry, how exactly will a casual gay relationship will mess the story. It's not like it would be the main focus of the show. I never heard about someone complaining about PunClaire or other het couples in simmilar shows. I personaly think that if they will include romance in the series, either m/f, m/m, f/f, it probably won't ruin the show, but maybe give their characters some depth.
