Sorry what is OTP. The only thing what they ask is your email so they can send verification code, a user name a password and your birthday (but you can lie)

This confused me?
When you don't have a VIP on IQIYI you can ask for a link in the comments, and than you can get a 3 day free VIP. But for every time you need to make a new account, and than when you delete your account you email will be frozen for 15 days so you can't make a new account. And so I used both of my emails already so now I still need to wait for them to be free again. I hope I could help you with your confusion.
