I disliked ep 1 then gave up. Then because I was looking forward to it due to my love for Han Ji Min and Shin Min Ah, I went back to 2 but found myself wanting to fast forward. So that's when I gave up. You know I looked forward to this one cause it has the slice of life vibe, and I love those so much. For example, Hospital Playlist and Hometown Cha cha cha.
I think I will try it again. Third time is a charm, right?
Lu Yuan reminds me of the King in Queen for 7 days drama. I love love him as the villain and will be sad to see him go early. I love everyone on this drama, the acting is great!!
When the princess Consort said KILL HER without thinking twice, I suspected she will be a villain too.
I laughed hard when Prince Jing Ling talked about the smoke in Lu Yuan's manor and people started fake coughing. That was gold.
I won't lie, I didn't like the LOUD BASE maid of Lige at the beginning but she grew on me with time. They wanted to create humor out of her clumsiness and rusty behavior, which wasn't working. It rather made me cringe.
Jing Ling also has been growing on me. I didn't like him at the beginning because love triangles annoy me but I love how he handles himself and his feelings. He doesn't seek pity like many 2nd male leads, agh. Always showing their sad puppy faces because OHH they can't get the girl. Many people complained to have him on this drama because they say he can't act but I think he has proved himself well on this one.
Consort Sun is always happy. She makes me smile even if she is the villain. Her voice reminds me of Li Qin's mother in Princess agents, the empress. I think it's the same dubbing artist.
Leads romance make me warm. It is so unique. The stabbing part was wow!! Peng Cheng is really in love and understood his sword woman's unpredictability.
Lastly, I'm happy for this drama. Many dramas start to put in fillers around here but SOG is just beginning. This dramas has it all, what more could I want?

I started ep 1 and it was so boring, I slept.
Then cause of my love for Han Ji Min and Min Ah I came back the following day but it was again so boring.
Dropped it on mydramalist and commented that I can't do it anymore.
However, someone told me to keep going till episode 4 for it picks up from there.
Oh my gosh, it does pick up from there and now I'm on ep 6 and CAN'T STOP WATCHING!!!
