To be precise there's no romance but a lot of platonic chemistry between characters. So you won't have to worry about ridiculous pining, push-pull or love triangles. Instead you'll be sprinkled with lot of characters that support eachother with funny interactions 🤭
Kang YuChan appearing on an interview style youtube video with Thai actor Ja Phachara from Don't Say No the series. Their interaction is really cute. Do watch it! Youtube link to ep 1/4: youtu.be/VJ3MiRwAMVs
This is a good romantic comedy drama that you can invest your time. I gave it 8.5 out of 10.I liked main couple…
I too liked it for the same reasons and they never dragged a particular topic too many eps. Also, that was the best pillow fight scene I ever saw 😂 ......and really glad they didn't end it the cliche way.
I didn't think I'd like a musical. The last episode had me in tears in several scenes and I just kept holding…
These two lines hit me too hard: > "you should do whatever it is you want to do just as much as the things you don't want to do." > "I didn't know before that flowers don't bloom on smooth asphalt but on bumpy dirt"
I hope these lines stay with me. I hope I remember them even if it's once in a while so that I can comfort myself.
I didn't think I'd like a musical. The last episode had me in tears in several scenes and I just kept holding them back each time. I'm glad I get to take back a lot of things from this series. :)
Such a fun drama but stupid title and wrong poster! I almost did not watch this because of those!
Thanks to your comment here I watched it and I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU lol. I had also dismissed this drama several times after seeing that bland title and none of the posters had caught my eye.😂
So the light between dog and wolf is the title Blueming? Do they use the color blue in the chinese word for it…
I was also wondering if the series title Blueming was in relation to a color but I guess it probably goes by the meaning- understanding something/maturing(?)
As for the title 'Time between Dog and Wolf' means time between dusk and daylight. This term was actually explained in an earlier ep. when the class is taught about lighting and explained its usage (how it's hard to tell if someone is your friend or enemy). In relation to the ep. title, ep. 10 was a point where Siwon was trying to figure out if Daun was his friend or his enemy.
I've been wanting to write a review for Blueming since the day I watched it. I have a lot to tell and describe how beautiful this work is but at the same time I am lacking words to appreciate it.
The trailer had barely piqued my interest and I had planned on not watching it. I mean, the summary is almost similar to an intro of cliché characters. But seeing so many viewers talking about how they were loving it I gave in and I'm really glad I did.
Blueming is an open box where the director, Hwang Da Seul has put in a lot of things among family relation, self love and acceptance. The cinematography was really soothing and pretty while the OSTs/ music used were laced with tenderness that made me watch the entire series in one sitting (even though I was really sleepy).
Favorite episode: Time between Dog and Wolf. someone had commented a beautiful explanation of this title and it made me like this episode a bit more than the others.
If you come across this series, watch it! Do not skip it by limiting this masterpiece to just a BL label because it is so much more than that. :)
I'll keep waiting for more such projects because there's no end to appreciation here and I am sitting with this infinite amount of love to give it to them.
though a few scenes were confusing to me here and there, I understood them as the story moved on. I thought I'd get bored of the slow pace but I actually found it healing with that background music and loved how it went through. Aihara and Ito- the script showed their friendship really well. I was in fits of laughter at the end of the beach scene.
Just finished the binge. It was an overall satisfying watch. I wish they did not give us an open-end cliffhanger…
In the end they show that professor's wife and kid being taken somewhere....I'm guessing the other asymptomatic girl was taken away the same way. Probably for their future tests on the virus (?)
I'm guessing he'll return in season 2. I won't accept this ending for him!!
Same thoughts! I was actually surprised in ep 11 when he got bit but then right after I got ecstatic thinking he's gonna be a mutant/hambie and gonne be stronger cause he's already agile as a human. But damn I just gave myself hopes 🚶♀️
Overall just considering it a Chase-escape between zombie and humans it was a good watch. I was at the edge of…
I'm angry though that Netflix just keep extending everything into seasons and then those next seasons are forgotten about...... I mean just look at Stranded, Sweet Home, Alice in borderland, Kingdom (oh Lord how much are the gonna milk it?? I'm still waiting for it though)

Chang young's mission to get a phone and call for help... The whole section was one of my favorite scenes. All the scenes with the detective and policeman were entertaining😂 also the YouTuber joining that squad later on. The Archer and the bitchy senior..... Although annoying but ah what a couple Kinda disappointed we didn't get a show down between the outcast and her bully. Huh, they want me to believe Chan young just died like that? Naaah......
Overall just considering it a Chase-escape between zombie and humans it was a good watch. I was at the edge of my seat shouting for them to run. But if we see the plot in depth, just for starters, a few of sacrifices felt unnecessary. Not sure why a character's backstory was shown when they just ended up disapperaing into nothing.
Would I rewatch the series? Maybe not but I'll definitely return to watch a couple of scenes. The acting was well done on most part and loved a few characters.
I want to see gwi nam and se eun (outcast girl) to have a fight since they are almost immortal
I kept waiting for it. Cause gwi nam kept coming back I automatically assumed that the outcast girl would be the one who'd end this person... Well she did have some revenge to take with that dude
