OK, this might be far-fetched, but I think Pan is not waking up because both Pan and Kim's souls occupy Kim's body!!! Just think about it. Kim's soul is not really dormant but has been "deactivated". This way he might be made to see the errors of his way (dating a gross teacher *WTF!*, stealing exam questions from her, etc.) and then P'Jennie might save the day by separating their souls. OK, I was sceptic about this show at first but am now looking forward to it every Friday :)
