One of the major fact is that go into a without having sky rocketed expectations, u won'tbe able to feel the drama properly....the drama is great...alteast for most of us fans its the most beautiful drama we have ever seen.....i can't say that since a majority loves it then u will also love it but
The drama is giving u a chance...don't let that chance slide

Wyb only accepts the scripts that r worth it and can him a better actor...this is what i can conclude from his recent choices of scripts...with the type of person he is, i don't think he will reject a script that is worth it but has romance......
Wait till he finds a romantic script that suites his taste :')

The irony of this statement is that bcz of this drama i got to know about xz and wyb....it was the first drama of wyb for me and they didn't had much more other works except CQL at that time.....its very known fact that CQL made them big with itself....i remember how much problmes yang xia jie had bcz no famous actors were ready to take the role in a BL drama....so for many actors CQL was their first representative work

Can feel u on a spirital level....around 2 years and go through the same pain every time i finish rewatching it

As for saying drama gained popularity bcz of actors being idols?...i hope u did some research before making this baseless opinion bcz before CQL both xiao zhan and wang yibo were not popular...it was CQL who got them the popularity they have today...so the truth is other way around.......as for BL....most people don't want to watch it bcz its bl(i was one of them at a point)....
Liking or not liking a drama is totally okay and expressing ur opinions is also very right as long as u get facts and things correct with a proper way of expressing ur opinion :)

FAE applies medicine to the wound left by OAO...but it doesn't means the wound won't hurt anymore....i would say just give it a try...don't think toooo much about the drama ...just give it a try before u get a lot of spoilers

Yes it will according to me...it doesn't mean that OAO will hurt less but FAE has things which heal ur heart a lot.....thr aesthetics...their love...their romance....it can heal any broken heart......actually i started FAE first and got confused a little...later i knew that it has a prequel so i watched OAO and then continued FAE

As someone who has finished the drama....JIAYOU....may God give u enough strength to pass through this.....do watch forever and ever after this

Okay i would say the original theme of this drama is very sad....since the beginning...try the drama and u will see....i can see and feel a different type of sadness in the eyes of Zhou Shengchen since the beginning...all the characters of Nanchen were so good and none of them had a proper ending...the drama is so aesthetically pleasing but i couldn't enjoy the aesthetics after watching it once🥲🥲...so watch the drama and i will feel what i wanna tell u

For someone whose first and only BL drama is the untamed...this drama didn't made me uncomfortable at all even for a second...bcz the scenes r not explicit and the existing romantic scenes r so sweet and pure that it makes it one of the purest love story of all time for me

Isn't it very common that a great drama is not everyone's cup of tea...u expressed what u feel and so did i...and i don't think even for once i mentioned or pushed u to watch OAO did I?

One and only is their past life while forever and ever is their present life...u can watch this without watching OAO but it means that u have missed the soul of the drama....bcz OAO lays the story while FAE continues it....OAO is the soul of FAE....and OAO itself is a great drama so according to me u should watch OAO first

And any drama can give a riding off to sunset together type of ending...what matters more is a ending which will live with viewers forever...it could necessary not be a sad ending(ofcourse sad endings remain in hearts longer)...but to create a picture which will remain with viewer forever is different(eg. The untamed...vincenzo, love me if u dare)..so i prefer a hopeful, sad, emotional. A ending which gives u a space for imagination, to interpret in ur own words

WuJi is not just a song but a emotion...im emotionally attached to every song of CQL..the flute and Guqin version that they use in many scene also sounds so pleasing to ears....in short the whole existence of that song is HEAVEN....and i feel like we were so lucky to get XZ and WYB sing the original version of WuJi bcz having heard many version(my professional singers too) feels like they miss the true emotions of this song....that's a love song which should be sang by the one in love and no one is more suitable for it.....
And i love how wyb and xz harmonize for it...in the beginning i went like this singer has a great range of voice only to know later that it was sang by 2 people...😭😭

So i have a habit of watching sad dramas when im in a bad mood...so i rewatched the unatmed and OAO and cried all my heart out....then i went to watch FAE to be a little happy and then went to watch trailers of OAO again...like OAO has become such a scar to my heart that it hurts to even see a edit about it

Pages r to share ur emotions so its normal...tbh the whole pacing and ploting of the next 48 episodes of the untamed depends on the fact the we as first time viewers won't remember a second of first 2 episodes bcz their r many spoilers thrown directly on thr faces up their....just try to feel the emotions they showed in first 2 episodes like wwx getting emotional when he sees that boy in lan clothes...his playing that certain song of a leaf...many other things like that....just try to feel those emotions or if u find it utterly confusing watch from second episode...when the flashback ends watch first 2 episodes and then continue with the present story
