Gang tae told her that he doesn't care about her mother killing his mom But she knew the way he lashed out in hospital and him being sad before taking the family photo She didn’t know the reason then She now knew how sad hurt he must have felt The person who tormented his brother and him is related to her And seeing kang we saying it doesn’t matter she can’t believe him Hence she called him hypocrite as she know how good he is in hiding his true feeling
Hence later while moon yeon was crying in room kang tae explained her well and talked it out about what he felt and how it really doesn’t matter what their parents did as it’s not their fault as long moon yeon is there and smiling it’s all fine
Rewatching it 3rd time Still swooning over Kim soo hyun Still laughing With tears at jun ju hyun acting and jokes.. Both best actor and actress in kdrama land!! This kdrama will never get old Best rom com

I think she might have heard that moon yeon is coming to that hospital for a talk .. so to see her secretly she must have volunteered to work there as a nurse for some time And was happy seeing the way moon yeon attitude was and the knife.. just like her

From ep 1 we knew there was some twist to the moon yeon mother story , the father and alll It was said before only 1st half the drama is about the character development And how they meet n stuff more 2nd half had to reveal the hidden mystery which caused them painful childhood
