Thank god for that. I mean, when you have leads like Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, with such amazing chemistry and acting skills, a forced and long triangle would just be a waste of time. Now, using the SML to make the lead jealous a few times is ok in my books. He needs a wake up call... :)
There are dramas where love triangles are ok if used right, but this is not one of them. It's just not needed in my opinion..

The mother can definitely be ruled out. She's annoying, but she's not evil. The only reason she's against her daughter is because of what happened when she lost her son. She just can't move on from that and probably still harbors some illogical resentment towards her daughter for it. They'll most probably get over that at some point in the drama. The 3 people I'm most sus of now are grandpa's gf, the mother's assistant who is clearly evil and the SML. Not sure about the brothers wife yet, but I doubt she's the big mastermind behind this all..

Oh, he's all kinds of shady. The only thing I'm not sure yet is if he's working with someone in the Queens family to manipulate Hae In and split them up, or if he's doing it on his own..

As soon as her power is more established, she's gonna start showing her claws. The aunt is 100% right about her..

Don't think there will be any split between the leads. Maybe some temporary break for angst, but I don't think they'll divorce..

Guess you're right if you don't count grandpa's girlfriend as "family". She's sus as hell. Agree with the rest though..

He doesn't hold JH responsible at all. He holds HIMSELF responsible (which was already addressed in episode 5) and JH is the one reminding him of that fact because he was there on the night of the accident. The grandpa probably put that reporter to follow his daughter and so he's indirectly responsible for the accident..
