The way the meteor blew off his shirt has me crying!!!!! I was drinking and just did a literal spit take on my cat!!! Like who comes up with this stuff??!!! 😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂
I love this female lead. She's the splitting image of Shen Yue and dare I say it, she also has more of a personality on screen in her dramas.
I'm cracking up at the immense glow up that Jin Xiao had from Ex-boyfriend & Boss to this and the Director was just like..... yes...... cuz they found every opportunity to make this man go shirtless. 😂🤣
This was a good revenge series, but it ended abruptly. Points off for that.
Waiting for Charlie to roll up and be like surprise, surpriseeee, Babe gets mad, Charlie gives him the usual back hug and then they proceed to break the glass in the locker room.
Also, please let Kenta be cooking something. I need that baby to get OUT!
Whew, as others have told me, you really have to push through the first 3 hours of this show, in order for it to grow on you, or you would instantly click the drop button. I only started to enjoy it at second half of ep6 to 8.
Yim's character Jade, just grated my nerves. He was loud and obnoxious. I felt relieved when there were scenes without him. It gave my ears a break.
Tutor's character Mai was such a sweetheart. Dude was damn near perfect.
This was also a nice little follow up for Leo and Tai from their other series Friends Forever.
I enjoyed watching NetJames in the background doing whatever and pretty much were just the guardians/therapists for the other characters.
The makeup artists for this company really needs to hold up on all the tint, lipgloss and powder for these guys.
Kudos to whoever intimacy coach they used for all these series (CP,NB) because those scenes are always on point.
In conclusion, this was rough. So rough that I had to pretend these two were driving to work every day when that car was in parked and I'm pretty sure that wasn't the same dog from episode one. 😂 I need a do over with these two.
The BEST rom com. They were the goofiest couple and I loved them.
The good: Couple chemistry. No wonder they were given another series. Contract marriage trope done very well Lots of kisses/love scenes and the romance was chef's kiss. SML knew when to throw in the towel Great parents and grandma!!! Great friends Lots of fun and sweet moments No breakups Misunderstandings were handled expeditiously. The leads didn't let the love rivals get in their way. Female Lead was capable. Male Lead, although still protected her, allowed her to do everything on her own. Male Lead's secretary Li Jun Chen and his puppy dog energy and eyes 2nd couple were actually pretty fun to watch
The Bad: The dubbing. Most of the times the actors lips didn't move with the voices. Sometimes they were either ahead or behind the voices. Female rival. That girl didn't know when to quit even though everything pretty much blew up in her face countless times.
In conclusion, this is a treat for rom com fans. They threw every trope in our faces and the writers handled all of them well. This was just your regular power couple working through their problems in the goofiest way possible.
Steller casts. I love how all the lives are intertwine somehow and they were some crazy twists. I was rooting for 3 of his lives. Nice start. On to part 2!
Awesome drama with a kickass female lead, a steller friendship group and the baddest, bestest, everything-est male lead!!!! The couple that slays together, stays together.
Be warned....episodes 35-40 will haunt you for the rest of your natural life, or at least until the next best drama comes along. Hang in there.
It was like 3 of them against one guy in the bathroom and he kicked their asses. 😩
And Yai has the biceps of Hercules too. ðŸ˜

As The Gods Will
The logic was flawed at the end with those two people. (Trying not to spoil) But all in all, it was a fun binge.
I don't think Yoon Seo and Jun Hee deserved it, but all the rest, sure. Just for the fact that they were all freaking annoying.
The message behind this was pretty much, suicide is a selfish act. It doesn't only affect you, but the people you leave behind.
They tried their best to make this come off like a suicide PSA, but it still rubbed me the wrong way.
