I've heard that a poem a day is also a good slice of life drama. It's medical too.
Yes yes it is amazing...but i was looking to write about SOL dramas with minimal to no romance.
Another list another time, but surely an unforgettable drama

Oh congrats on your first article! Loved it and it was an easy read, well done!
Thank you so much for reading and appreciating my first article.
Both all these dramas actually comforted me a lot.
And while I was searching for their gifs, I thought about those days of watching those specific episodes.

My favorite drama genre. Other great ones: Reply 1988 & 1997; Age of Youth (and the almost-identical Chinese remake);…
Maybe as we grow older, the reality of life hits us harder than when we were younger and hence we enjoy shows that depict life in all its colours - the happy, the sad, the hard, the memorable moments.

For me SOL is a perfect genre to watch after a busy day/week, it feels like kind of a healing. As I get older…
That is also the reason why I love SOL dramas!!! Because they are closer to our lives so we feel a deeper connection with many of the characters.

I personally would also categorize Reply 1988 in this "Slice Of Life" genre.
It is Slice of Life, but has romance too...I wanted to focus on slice of life dramas with minimal to no romance. But yes the whole reply series is amazing... hell ShinPD's shows are amazing. Periodt.
