After episode 20, I completely hate the emperor and hope that Tilan can get rid of him and live a happy life... She doesn't deserve to suffer that much.

The complicated story between the emperor and consort Zi Zan is one of the only things that keeps me stuck in this drama. I didn't get attached to the main couple and I don't feel chemistry between them (the kind I like). The drama has great cgi and good fights, but the plot feels more of the same.
