What a STUPID review???

I’m Italian, and proud of it! No matter what anyone said about Italians when I was growing up bothered me, and still doesn’t. Believe me, I’ve been called many names in my lifetime, like greasy wop, mafia lover, olive oil, go back to your own country, etc. None of this bothered me, because I was raised to be proud of who I am, and where I came from, thanks to my supportive parents. So, as bad as Italians have been depicted in movies, TV shows, even animation, I don’t take it personally and it doesn’t bother me, I even laugh about it!

What a STUPID review!!!???

How can the stereotypical Italians in black suites, hit men packing a gun, expensive cars and houses owned by Mafia bosses, not be the same as the Muslim/Arab prince in this Drama? We are not all like that, we know it too. But we don’t take offense when movies, dramas, or even cartoons depict us that way. There have been and still are Italians like what I described, but we all know not all of us are like that. So now, I ask you to please explain your comment. How is it “not the same?”

Holy crap, calm down everybody!! I can’t believe that so many reviewers are giving it such a low rating because of the Muslim scenes! GET OVER IT ALREADY!! I’m Italian, and I can’t tell you how many times Italians have gotten a bad rap in dramas and movies. No, we aren’t all in the Mafia, we aren’t all gun carrying hot heads out for revenge as depicted in Hollywood and around the world. But, we really don’t take offense because it’s just a movie or drama. People know we aren’t all like that. Try watching Vincenzo or KinnPorsh, or even Fat Tony on The Simpsons, they are a perfect example of what I’m referring to. But I didn’t pull down the ratings just because of how Italians were represented. So like I stated, GET OVER YOURSELF!!

I LOVED Long Time No See!!

Another awesome drama by STRONGBERRY is ‘Long Time No See.’ I gave it a 9.5, I thought is was excellent. I am also enjoying this one too. Just watched episode 8, and really looking forward to the next one.

Flower Of Evil, The Smile Has Left Your Eyes, or Move To Heaven, but there are so many more that I’ve liked. Have you watched any of those? Anything you can suggest to me?

I’ve watched many dramas that had everything, or almost everything you mentioned. But, that doesn’t make it a good drama. Everyone has their own tastes and opinions, I just didn’t happen to like this one.

Yes, I watched it until the end. The last hour tied everything up, but still not worth watching the other 19 episodes.

I should just learn to drop Dramas, rather than waste 16 to 20 hours of my life on something that doesn’t interest me. I guess I’ll never learn…

I was actually surprised at the glowing reviews.. But I also didn’t like Dramas like Hospital Playlist, Decedents Of The Sun, or Goblin, and they all have high ratings and glowing reviews too. I guess it’s just personal taste.

I think if they chose to be in this business, that they should know that nothing in their lives will be private, and that they will be constantly scrutinized. Nothing in their lives will not be talked about, photographed, or rumored, it comes with the job. What also comes with the job, is an enormous amount of wealth it brings. Rumors aren’t a bad thing, because it keeps them in the limelight, and keeps people talking about them, good or bad. Free publicity…I guess if they don’t like it, they shouldn’t be in this business.

Wish I would have read your review before watching this. The ending made watching this a total waste of my time. It left me feeling angry at the writers! With so many good ways they could have ended this, it ended the worst way it could have. It would have been a 10 across the board for me if they ended up together.

I totally 100% agree with you on all points. I was SO EXCITED to watch the last episode, thinking they would be married at the end. I didn’t think this could end any other way. But, was I wrong! What a huge disappointment this was, it was a real downer.
