He forgot bcz the one who came in his body at first was his future self so ofc the past self wouldn't remember and when the future self went back he went to future self of him ( I mean Lets' take a example, suppose a 34 yrs guy went back to past self of 18 yrs and when he again traveled through time he went back on his future self 39 yrs) where he ended up in jail bcz in future he already destroyed his future by being sort of goons. I don't know if this can explain much cause I am confused too.
I have another theory too: Maybe bcz of what he did in past he ended up changing his present self( Here when the guy returned back due to making change in past he went back to again how much age he was but ended up changing his present. I think from this two something maybe but maybe my theory is wrong.

I just finished reading the novel bcz after those " Raping spoilers" I got seriously mad and couldn't stop reading it. I was hella disappointed by Vee at first bcz of those fucking irritating chapters where he just wanted to hurt Mark by sex. I didn't like Vee character at first at series also. But after that short "Breakup" they had. I think Vee changed. He is so good now and really loves Mark confidently. I love them and cannot wait yinwar to be back in big project. When I was reading novel I could just imagine yinwar faces honestly. I hope they don't make Vee's character like that at chapter. I mean he is like that at first but not so much cruel atleast but I am just talking about first chapters before their breakup after that i totally love Vee. Just when will get released I can't wait
