I hope to read what you think later, because I myself don't really know what to expect. The series has changed so many things, it is difficult to predict. I hope they follow what I said before, or that at leat in the end I feel that was the message... Vegas found his equal and showed his vulnerable self to Pete. The wait is part of the fun too.

I see, and from your perspective I agree with you. Sorry I didnt take only the series into considerarion. imo the man has a plan, so he really does not deepen his relationships and wears a mask, maybe many. In the scene with Tawan and the mirror, what he says is for me pretty close to how he really feels. Somebody has pointed this out before, he uses half lies/half truths when deceiving people.
My views do include a lot from the novel. I love it to pieces, and the series is elevating it. Also thanks for the discussion, it is always good to read different views on the characters, especially my fav Vegas.
