Well, I might look like a Vegas apologist but who am I kidding? I am.... But Vegas is really the victim of his father and that mafia world... It's eat or you'll be eaten .. and that constant quest of parental validation is taking a toll on him.
Ep 11 showed that Vegas can be a good if not a softie person...
He took Pete and tortured him cuz he wanted an outlet of all the rage and anger from his father's disappointed expectations of him... Expectations he never asked for but was imposed upon him.
He is a truly complex character... One that lives in and for violence but looks calm and deep when reading a book ( that scene where his father slapped him in the safe house), he torture Pete but don't wanna see him completely hurt ( that look in his face when Pete fainted from his injuries... He panicked like never before)... When he gave Pete that pill... That scene oozed softness and sensuality... One would think Mad dog Vegas will violently shove that pill down Pete's throat... But now, Vegas was unpredictably gentle in that scene that Pete himself was sent in a perplexed state of mind ... Boy! He was hella confused.
I can't wait for the rest of Vegaspete story in the series. #vegaspeteforever

I love VegasPete arc in the novel but they made vegas character in the series so hard to love .... Admire? Yes, but LOVE ? Idk abt that... the dude is manipulative and complicated af.
And we only have 4 episodes left... Their story will definitely be rushed and mostly out of place imo
