Because they were speaking both ShuYi is half Japanese and ShuYi’s dad is Japanese so they incorporated Japanese into the scrip as well

Lol I see people saying don’t watch it, it’s weird, not a good movie, but uhhh I loved it ngl honestly found the movie funny as crap like the beginning started off with some weird “sex” scene with not so tighty whiteys and I diedddd and Wine was a definite hoe lmao boy had a “vampire”(Night/Nam), in denial “bad boy”(Tee), and a working man who blindly followed him(Boy) all at his feet like teach me your way lol I’m jk but honestly the movie was was wild and I’d definitely watch it again if you don’t like mature scenes, blood, rape, sad endings, kidnapping, etc you really aren’t gonna like this movie but if stuff like that doesn’t faze you and your open with the things you watch I say go for it :)

I love Bright and Win together and separately but i’m probably not gonna watch this i finished the korean version but didn’t care to much for it i started the chinese version cus the main actor caught my eye like omg the boy is freaking cute but yeah that was like 1 year ago (maybe more) and I only watched half before dropping it bc it just seemed Repetitive to me like i don’t like story plots where they’re happy then bam another problem constantly it just feels like they’re dragging the story like the couple seemed like they couldn’t manage to stay happy i’m pretty open to watching anything even a couple that starts off cheating or when ones in denial about there feelings for longer then necessary but that repetitive dragging out kinda plot just ticks me off and i don’t think i’m willing to watch another remake of the same repetitive unhappy happy plot even if it has two of my fav actors in it so i’ll support this drama in anyway i can except actually watch it but this is just my opinion if you like bright and/or win that much or you enjoyed the others please by all means watch it and support them cus the deserve all the love

from what i’ve seen Win isn’t the boy who plays the violin he’s the playboy he fall for the female leads bestfrind so Win and Bright aren’t love rivals but yeah Bright does play the male lead
