Actually, he always lost some weight through the run of a show. Be it Innocent Man or Vincenzo. Besides, he is following strict diet for Vincenzo only living with chicken breast and basil, doing extra exercise to look good. He told it in numerous interview. Plus work load, make up and cameraman matter. He started this drama after a short quality break (returned from Bogota in Feb last or March first).
Finally an episode that address the fact how Vin become a mafia. For some reason I really want CY hear this story but then again I don’t. Coz that was freaking scarry. How SJK use the phrase "a cat that is full" toy with the mouse really give insight how he has been. He is not the Knight he is just another version of evil that just follow some rules and that make the difference. Even though I would love a strong villain but the truth is Here Vin is the villain with brain helping casually some poor people he met. Thanks to the production team who clearly state the fact from start.

Unfortunately, I think you don't watch both of them in every project. You think the person you mention(I am a fan too) could pull off genre blending character?! Plus,mafia and it’s adviser two different things. He was adopted from Korea and SJK has a korean face. The writer fit him in the story when you are complaining about Miscast. Whatever, He is Vincenzo and only 4 episode left, your opinion cannot change any fact.

Song Joong Ki has been nominated in best actor category at 57TH BAEKSANG. They're counting from last year May to 11 April, 2021. That means episode 16 included. Don't know about his chance to win but he win my heart and soul in episode 16. Bravo, SJK, what a powerful performance it was!
