Love their chemistry and it is the most beautiful coming of age story ever. Ugh I cannot wait for part 2- I'm beyond excited!!

Also I personally don't really like seeing this rival plot either (or the way it is portrayed here) it works in the mangas but as I am seeing this situation play out in the drama...I do feel like Pi is acting...like a person who is only aware of his feelings and feelings of jealousy. In a typical situation, even if someone is outspoken and very genuine in the way they come across I feel like their hate wouldn't be as over-exaggerated but this is a drama...and drama likes to add more drama xD. I don't think Pi is a character that likes to intentionally cause drama or people to hate him, but maybe he is someone who is impulsive and young. It makes sense to me why he treats Mork like this knowing that. The story also does seem to be coming mostly from Pi's point of view so it also makes sense why we mostly see his 'hate' towards Mork. Perhaps they chose to portray this 'hate' more strongly to show a bigger difference later on?

I agree with you about the filler scenes...thank you for sharing your thoughts even though it may be an 'unpopular' opinion or take. I am okay with filler episodes when they add even a little to the story by maybe showing a little bit more about a character or the plot but those scenes...I fail to see the purpose like you.

yea! I hope to see more as the plot progresses which is why I'm not giving up yet. I've always liked dramas where personality is more built up through honest and genuine interactions/experiences (and then with humor sprinkled in) and not to say there is none of that in this drama, but the amount of humor in this drama is really throwing me off haha. Maybe I am very picky with the type of rom-coms I like. Good rom-com's do exist though...so I'm excited to see what will happen later ^^

Yes...this is why if you read my post I said I am not giving up (yet) though...at least not until when the relationship develops. Although, from personal experience whena series usually begin this comical I (quite honestly) do not expect much from the character development. Even with 12 episodes. This is a person opinion, though, and I guess we'll see...I will wait a bit before completely judging the series.

This drama...has honestly changed my life. Like...it is just so beautiful the story, the production, the OST, the acting. Literally leaves me speechless. T__T <3

I don't know how I feel about this series...while I know that it is very typical for BL drama series like this to have over exaggerated characters and to be light and comedic, I do wish the romance was more serious. It is a personal opinion but when series are too comedic it takes away from the romance and relationships (usually) that the relationship seems like a joke to me. I am not giving up though, because I do feel like it has potential! Especially when the relationship develops...I am hoping to see more heartwarming moments.

I've been silently watching this drama and honestly thinking of dropping it but these past few weeks it has really started to grow on me. While I don't like everything about it....I did not expect to love this drama that much . It's really growing on me!

I feel like I'm starting to care more about the characters and their bond and interactions are honestly just so adorable. The way they care for one another, support one another...so heartwarming. I really wish the absolute best for them ;__; looking forward to next episodes~

Yes!! It really is hard to balance comedy with romance because the romance can seem very inauthentic with there being so many jokes and funny moments...but to be able to capture the serious feelings and being able to see that bond is honestly such a great thing about this drama. I agree with you completely is definitely as a result of character development and the wonderful acting T__T I didn't expect to like this show that much and wish more bl rom coms were like this!

I completely agree with you! The plot itself may be generic...have many BL tropes but the way it is portrayed is what people are raving about. I personally did not expect to grow so attached to the characters but the way LC is portraying his love for MR...and their relationship is honestly really growing on me and it has to do a lot with how it is portrayed (artistic direction moments like you mentioned!)

this is SUCH a heartwarming movie I loved it so much!! you definitely need to watch it, highly recommended! so adorable the actors did such an amazing job

I gotta be honest...the cinematography was quite nice I loved the atmosphere it created, but the chemistry and plot of the movie I don't like so much. I never read the manga so I came in with no expectations but I do feel that the lack of chemistry is what made it more uncomfortable to watch.
