Usually the producers only develop a trailer so they can get sponsors to fund the full production. Once the trailer (or pilot) is announced, the title will most prob appear on this list, but that doesn't mean the projecf is actually confirmed. Many get dropped out of lack of enough sponsors (or any at all).
