I think they did have sex. It seems as if she was not needy per se. she kept the home together so he did not have to worry. It was a failure because the both were trying to be perfect not realizing the stress it put on each other. You Shin is just selfish, and yes you could say he wanted her as a possession, one to keep hidden when he wanted to play or feel needed or the hero. He made a comment about when his father died and his realization.. it seems to be he wants to do what he wants and the family should be there when he is done

I get it, I am also in my 50s and can see how not paying attention to your marriage can lead to this.I agree we should be seeing that this age group does not have to settle, take the step mom..she looks good to be in her60s.
Of course it still is not an excuse to cheat..but we can also see the lack of communication did not occur on the wants and needs. For ex when PSH took LSE took the hotel..she just did not get it. But he also did not get that she was giving all and she felt it was a chore to sleep with her husband.

I have mixed feelings about the doc coming back only because AMi should not win.. she has no regard for anyone. Granted I want him to pay the price, but I do want SPY to be happy. His becoming jealous is great because he needs to TRULY UNDERSTAND what his slickness cost. SPY showed some growth in her own self awareness and I like that.. you take your experiences and learn from them.
Now LSE.. she did make note that she was trying to dress up a little more when the 3 of them were drinking together. I would love to know her back story because she holds value as a mother, and did as a wife, but she lost herself and I don’t think we really explored. We see she is the total opposite of BHR. It seems that she cannot express her true self; with her outlet being the written page. I want to know why she feels she has to accept everything… she only raised her hand and voice when her husband went to slap the daughter. She even cried in secret..so as to not let the kids know.. I just want her to find time for herself and learn who she is and what she wants and needs in life. I am glad she has the daughter she does because even she realized the sacrifices her mother has made and even told her brother he needs to learn to do things for himself.

But my spin is So Ban is there with SPY to show Yo Shin she had someone right there and did not act on it..remember the dream she had almost kissing him in the pool. But now she can.. if she acts on it now good for her.. they do seem to have easy conversations. I do not know why but I still am hoping Yo Shin will come to his senses and stop the foolishness. I hear you.. the audacity..I think he was of the mindset he will just let AMi stay until SPY comes to her senses.. that way he does not lose anything.. are you for real.. I still want him on his knees…but not sure we are going to see it.. he is still self absorbed. I say take Ji A let her see what kind of man her father really is. I think he may start to realize that SPY is no joke and he is going to have to change if he wants that back.. else good riddance. We can see how the conversations between her and So Ban are easy.. he just can’t take it too bad ..hindsight is always 20/20. I guess he really believes he is god gift.. he actually thought SPY was going to waste away until she came back to him..the audacity and he even took a drink to make it look like he is still in turmoil.. the cut scene for next week has my blood boiling. Yo Sin did not buy that house for A Mi it was her friends and she was staying their while they are out of town. I don’t think he cares anymore, that is why he said just let her be.. I do agree not confronting her and putting his foot down does send the wrong message but then again when you think about his personality he couldn’t do that. And that is part of his problem he needs the attention and since SPY left he is just with stepmom and AMI. I stated before I think his daughter is the one that can snap him back. The disappointment he will suffer when she finds out will either kill him or make him truly get the help he needs
