I've had a few experience abt emergency medical case in airplane since I'm medical personel.... the air crew always take it very seriously, in one of my exp even they made an emergency landing to let the passenger get medical check. So it is true that the captain is the one who is responsible to safety of all passenger and crew. in last night case.... sadly what capt Jiang did unforgiven
