Same!!! Ep 3 because of the imagination vs reality of Tinn 🤣 and Gun started to develop feelings... plus their cover of City on ep 2. I still believe that the lyrics of City captures the story of VV the most out of all BLs that used it, but TinnGun's cover is amazing and beautiful, and so fitting on the scene...

I've already watched it way back when I was still in high school. It's really a good one, and one of those kdramas that I and my siblings still rewatch every now and then.
Though it wouldn't erase the fact that I still enjoyed this recent Cheer Up... one of my siblings finished watching this before me and she enjoyed this as well.
I was so excited to start this but I was watching other kdramas the time this was aired so I had to put this aside, and I don't like watching a kdrama when it is currently airing. But I became hesitant when I read the comments and saw that the rating dropped to 7.5. So when I eventually started watching, I am in doubt and fear that I am wasting my time...
But I was wrong. Cheer Up isn't as bad as what others says. Sure, the way it was written and the plot may not be for all. It isn't a masterpiece either. But it is fun to watch and made me look back to my freshman year. It also introduced me to Koreans' university culture which we don't see that much in kdramas. The only thing I wish is that there should've been more cheer performance scenes.
Overall, I think it deserves at least an 8.0/10 rating, and 7.5 is too low. But personally, I enjoyed it so I'll give this an 8.5.

Yeah!! The way they had us on their palms with just 4 episodes (as rookies) is just unbelievable. They have the same key production peeps from Bad Buddy so I have high hopes that they'll do well until the end.
