If anything, I'm going to blame Dong shik for misleading Ju won and not confiding in him despite what he saw at Min jung's place. I know the show gave all reasons why Dong shik didn't take immediate action but the delay led to loss of hard evidence, fingerprint etc. Imagine if he had no idea about it and there was no HJW to stir things up those idiots would have busied themselves playing family family:-/
