Even if this thing did pass in korea, after showing a son not having much feeling towards anyone suddenly feels romantically inclined towards his moms look alike is nothing more than clumsy storytelling to fit in "romance between the leads"

Dont think his character feels romantic kind of love as he said to Do yeon. If he does in future, it should be towards Do yeon or other....cause even son-mom's doppelganger pair is super weird
