Title Lost You Forever Season 2
Just finished watching the season 2. Cried alot for XY and CX story.
I cried a lot for them as well. Overall, it's still a great watch and I applaud the cast and LYF team for their hard work. Honestly, this drama deserves a much higher ratings than 8.2.

I think it's great watch. Viewers should watch it as a whole and understand the complexity of the characters and how their story is so compelling and emotional. All the characters are flawed.

Arsenal Military Academy was my first Republican Era drama. There are some really funny moments. 😂 It's definitely a great watch. I love the beautiful costumes.

Both Yang Zi and Zhang Wanyi completely outdid themselves. I find their characters so compelling and heartbreaking. They are such gems. LYF is such a masterpiece.

Nowadays many viewers can't tolerate sad or bad endings. They want the ending to be wrapped beautifully with a nice bow. I
think we've seen enough novel to drama adaptations to know that drama version is usually diluted or whitewashed. LYF is no different and not surprising at all. I'm thinking of reading the novel as well.

In terms of Cang Xuan's situation, they both managed to survive and he's able to protect her. Also at least now one of them can be happy. As long as the world is at peace, he knows she will be safe. His heart is big enough to hold the world just as XY is his world. He will eternally yearn for her.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. It's fair to review the drama without being tainted by the novel. Sadly, some viewers can't separately from it. The drama as a whole is still one of the best out there. The characters and relationships are complex and well portrayed. Zhang Wanyi's and Yang Zi's performances are phenomenal and emotionally impactful.
