They new more or less when she posted in episode 3 "im so happy" The Public new after episode 17 when they played there Song (return with your) on the 10th anniversary .
dont know right now if she posted "Im so Happy" again in any of the later episode cant remember this right now.

so funny to see how they progessed with there relationship.. got together she really shy and did not know what to do. After they kissed it progessed and she got out of her shell.. more intimacy.. more kisses etc... AND then the wedding photos😂🤦♂️ turned back into the shy sheng😂😂😂

well that is something that got explained in the novel. She just took over some characteristics from MQC.. In the novel he answered most of the time with hm.. and thats what she started after some time together too..
