I know mono's re tend to become obsessed with their probes but does that happen in reverse, can probes be as obsessed…
Imo I don't think so. Monos rely on probes to see colors, but probes don't rely on monos for anything, so there's no reason for them to be obsessed.
I think Yoo Han is "obsessed" with Yeon Woo is probably because he likes him, and also he's face blind so he can't recognize faces, but looking at YW's face closely can help him identify faces
I'm happy we get to see the final episodes, but I'm really sad it's ending. But don't lose hope just yet, the director said Season 2 is a possibility. So maybe if the series get enough support and more people enjoy it, then it might become a reality!
Sadly it's really hard to unsee or forget a spoiler from my experience, unless you get amnesia or something.
I'm assuming you got spoiled by the MV, all I can suggest you to do is to just accept it, the final episodes are going to air in 3 days anyways, Treat the spoilers as a preview for the episodes and look forward to watching them!
Counterpoint to this. He practised the rope-tying on his wrist which makes no sense if he was trying to do something…
I get what you mean, but according to this site, it's the only K-BL web drama that's rated R, while on the other K-BL pages (Like Mr. Heart, WYEL, Wish You), they're rated 15+. So I think the ratings on this site don't automatically label LGBT dramas as R right away, unless it indeed has some serious and graphic content.
But I definitely agree with you on how conservative Korea is, hopefully one day they'll be more accepting, which I think they're starting to do by taking small steps producing all these new K-BLs.
I just wanted to say that this drama feels different than the other K-BLs, the others are cute and fluffy, while this one has a more serious and darker undertone if you get what I mean.
They haven't even touched on the solving of the mother's disappearance in in the episode summary and there are…
I don't think this season will cover solving his mother's disappearance. Because of the limited duration, the drama can only cover some parts of the novel.
If by chance there is a Season 2 (which is very likely according to the director), then it might go more into the mystery of his mother. But I definitely agree with you, 8 episodes with 15 minutes each is really not enough. another season is definitely needed to make the story more complete. But let's be hopeful for now, who knows what the future has in store.
While you guys are waiting for the final 2 episodes to air next week, I highly suggest you watch the movie version of Wish You (It's another K-BL featuring Kang Insoo from MyName and Lee Sang from IMFACT). It's pretty cute, and the music/OSTs are awesome. It's already out on sites like Netflix/Viki/WeTV, and has 20 extra minutes of new scenes that were not in the drama version due to the limited duration.
Even if you already watched the web drama, it's worth to rewatch because you may have felt the drama was a bit rushed or incomplete, but the movie version will definitely help with that with the extended duration. (20 extra minutes may not seem like alot, but in reality it's equal to like an extra 2 episodes for a K-BL).

I would agree with you, but I just don't understand how learning how to tie a hangman's noose could help him kidnap YH, since that type of rope knot is usually used for hanging or suicide. But we'll see what he plans to do in the upcoming episodes. But man, it got dark pretty quickly. I see why the show is rated R now.
Okay, these are my thoughts and speculations. I think Yeonwoo is starting to have suicidal thoughts because he doesn't want himself to turn into a monster and harm others. Why I think this is because he was learning how to tie a hangman's noose, which is associated with hanging, not tying someone up. Him changing his phone card was to maybe avoid contact with Yoo Han, so that he doesn't let his emotions control him, and to prevent Yoo Han from finding him and getting any closer since he's afraid he'll harm Yoo Han.
Interesting fact I've just learned, Yoo Han saying let's eat ramyeon could be interpreted as like the equivalent to saying "Wanna netflix and chill?" in Korea.
