On SaifahZon Story Mar 7, 2022
Ugh! I survived this!

Honestly, I don't know why I didn't drop this. Especially Zon acts like a three-year-old, which is absolutely annoying and not cute. Since there is absolutely no plotline, it can easily be skipped.

I just watched the first episode and I will leave it there. I'm definitely not opposed to "steamy", but this was too much for my taste. The attempted storytelling left me confused. Normally, I would want to watch further in hope of enlightenment, but not in this one.

I didn't mind the slow pace. I didn't mind the staring. And I was surprisingly able to overlook some plot holes, but this last episode killed it for me. I am so disappointed. It started so good. What a shame... :o(

Review Innocent
Maybe you should have written a review after watching all four episodes... Then you would know the answers to your own questions.

You're exaggerating. Last week, it only took one day to have English subtitles. One day later, the other languages…
Well, no. I can tell you for a fact, since I am volunteering in the German team, and because my friend is managing this channel, that what I wrote is true.

And speaking of other dramas: Yes, it can take long to get an episode subbed, because there are way to many dramas and sometimes not enough Subber. Especially Thai dramas often take very long, because Thai to English subbers are rare. As for Korean and Chinese, it just seems to depend on the Genre, but they come faster... definitely. Waiting for other languages than English can be a pain sometimes, but the raw version of the English subs (without being edited) often are ready within 1-2 days, for highly anticipated dramas, sometimes just a few hours.

Ugh why is this on Viki? I hate them so much. They rely on volunteers to do the English subs like a week later…
You're exaggerating. Last week, it only took one day to have English subtitles. One day later, the other languages started translating.

I just watched the first two episodes on Gagaoolala... 7 minutes per episode? Really??? The intro and the end credits already take away 1.5 minutes.... And there are only 5 episodes announced on the channel page... I really hope this is wrong.

Not satisfied at all. To much unexplained thing of how he died. Plus not a fan of such endings .
I think you should mark your post as spoiler...

I have watched 7 episodes so far, and I love it. Having a special kid myself, facing prejudice every day, it really brings me to tears, how wonderful Xia Rui interacts with him and accepts him just the way he is. The teacher, too, is a gem.
Every Nan Xi in this world should have people like Xia Rui and the teacher around them. That would definitely make this world a lot better.

Please keep in mind that all subtitlers on Viki are doing it in their free time without any payment. And so, family…
Lincenses cost money, servers etc. as well, and they do have some paid staff. But the subbers "only" get some perks for their work, for example a free subscription.

No subber is forced to accept that. We just do, because we love it and have fun subtitling. But that explains why there are times when the subtitles don't come as fast as everyone wishes.

Please keep in mind that all subtitlers on Viki are doing it in their free time without any payment. And so, family and private matters come first.

I don't know what the writer was intending with this episode and Shou Yi and Zhen Xuan, but it did not work for…
Of course, that seen on its own is absolutely not ok. But I expect Shou Yi to change and accept Zhen Xuan in the end. That doesn't excuse the hurtful behavior towards him, but would ease my mind a little.
