Though is a doctor and a student relationship kind of settings but is pretty mature drama but their love rivals all did try to fight for their love but they back off once the ML and FML make it clear to them. Maybe just a little annoying of the second lead before the leads get together. Pretty nice drama to watch and is quite realistic for to person but big age gap and family background difference to slowly understand and clear all the problems together. Not draggy and wont feel frustrated to watch.
He is pretty naturally good in relationship then. Maybe because he is a doctor how he handle all the problems in the relationship is pretty mature like talk things out than to keep dragging though he did has his childish side but still give the FML the secure she needs.

Take it as you are the one help SBS doing the confession and not the same dorm as him and do not know SBS and SZY is in a contract relationship. You would have asked why need a confession when you and SZY is together. If someone were to ask things might have different. In anyways the writer just want to make a very big misunderstanding between the 3 in order to push for the couple to be together and is to show they go through a lot to be together.. I only wish that they had put in how SBS explained to everyone in the club what happen and their club members reaction. I'm there will be people talk about it but in the drama they just ignore this part and let the couple happily together. But SBS did redeem himself by because there for SZY when the mum came to school and fetch her after the celebration. Which is so sweet.

She is not evil or bad she just wants to be with a guy she likes which is nothing wrong just she has never really treated SZY as a friend at all. To her, she just wants to know when the contract when ends so she can officially tell SBS she likes him. This is why when SBS accidentally confesses wrongly to her she asks for 2 days and she will settle it and she purposely lies to SZY that they are together because she herself also did notice that maybe SBS and SZY maybe like each other. She just wants to cherish every single chance she gets to make SBS fall for her.
